My Review of Auto Smart:
Buyer Beware!!

In April 2005 I purchased a Honda Civic from AutoSmart in Tullahoma, TN. Since then they have opened a dealership in Cookeville, TN. I paid over $10,000.00 for the vehicle including the extended warranty. I opted for the extended warranty because we have 3 small children and wanted a safe, dependable car for our family. Our oldest child is 12 and has a disability and we take him to the UT Medical Center in Knoxville 2-3 times per year for surgery. The car was probably more than we could afford, but we needed a vehicle safe and dependable.

Within 12 weeks of buying the car, it broke down on the highway and I've spent (with the help of friends and family) over $1000.00 on a new fuel system. I contacted the dealership in Tullahoma and was told "this was not their problem". I then contacted the dealership in Cookeville (the salesman is now the General Manager at the Cookeville dealership) and was told the same thing. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
