My Review of Auto Torium:
I'll try to make a long story short... I called about a cargo van on their website and set up a time to go look at it in Hooksett. It turned out after filling out paperwork and being there for a couple of hours that they didn't even have the van, I later found out it's called Bait n' Switch. I went back the following day after they called and said they have a van and I was approved and I'd be able to drive it home. I had already put down $1,500.00. After a 45 minute drive there they said I needed to put a $1,000.00 more down. Didn't want to but I did. I drove the van home. After 15 days I went back in to sign the papers again because they got my monthly payments lower (through the same financial company). 1 month and 2 days from bringing home the van I got a phone call from Hooksett Autotorium saying I needed to bring the van back because I didn't get financed. They couldn't tell me why when I asked. After speaking with the financial company myself it turns out Hooksett Autotorium lied about the features of the van to jack up the price and wouldn't finance a base model van for that price. There's much more to this but in the end I wouldn't recomend autotorium at all. They try to take advantage of people. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THERE.

My Review of Auto Torium:
This dealer is wonderful, honest and upfront. We needed to drive away with a car the same day we first spoke to them. They got us preapproved before we even walked in. Their customer service and patience while we tried to decide which vehicle we wanted was exceptional. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.
