Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before i She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done. More

This is now the 4th time I have brought in my car for the same issue and 2k later I am still having the problem and the car would not even start the next day after pick up. I called the manager for service a same issue and 2k later I am still having the problem and the car would not even start the next day after pick up. I called the manager for service and after asking questions I was being told no answer in a demeaning manner he simply hung up on me. Just tell me you don’t know what the problem is, the poor service people are the middle ones for this poorly educated service department. Tony is helpful but not much in his control. More

Tricked into a lease and not willing to work with it to get me into a different vehicle (Substantially more expensive vehicle), and all before 24,000 miles my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE has had 2 major safe get me into a different vehicle (Substantially more expensive vehicle), and all before 24,000 miles my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE has had 2 major safety recalls, broken transmission pump, hybrid system failure x 2 requiring . This is more so a Don't get a lease, and don't buy a 4XE. Complete waist of your hard earned money. BBB complaint filed against stellantis. We'll see how much further I need to go. More
