I was not aware that Autonation had taken over Don Davis. Went for oil change, encountered very unfriendly, rude individual whom seem annoyed I had no appointment. He very quickly announced the take over and reported the oil change price had more than double,e I don't shop for price so I said ok, but then remembered my 2 year warranty covered it, he then explained I was not due for oil change although the alarm light was on. Don Davis Toyota, customer service was remarkable. This service person was rude and acted like he had no interest in my business. I have been a customer for 20 years, bought 4 cars from dealership but I am not going back.

I went into the dealership not knowing if I wanted to buy a new or used Toyota Tundra to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday. Mo Khalaf, Rami Ghreizi and Angel were all ready to help me find the perfect truck. They truly showed such awesome teamwork and did not care if I bought used or new, just as long as I was happy.

I did purchase a new 2013 Tundra and drive it home and surprised my husband that same evening. He was very surprised coming out to the garage expecting to help unload groceries and it was a new truck.

Thank you so much for everything you all did to make it easy and special for my husband. He is very happy with the truck.

A special extra thanks to Mo and Rami today for taking care of us again, putting on our plates when the Service department was to busy.

The best car buying I have experienced. Got me exactly what I wanted with no hassle and Jay assisted me with the knowledge of the car and its capabilities. Michael was wonderful in finance and explained everything in great detail. Bill Presnell, Service Department Manager, was the reason for my choosing Don Davis Toyota. This was the fifth new car i buy, and it was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Very friendly, very honest and very considerate. I will buy my next car from Don Davis.
Faraz was one of the most professional salesmen i have ever come across. He spent 2 days with me looking at different cars, and then made it the easiest purchase when i decided what i want. I only hope he is still working at Don Davis when i go back for my next car.

Rami was very polite and worked with our needs. We went in the dealership with a mid size SUV in mind and he found us something thy fit us perfectly. I dislike car shopping but he made he experience easier. Everything went smoothly and we got what we wanted and he got why he wanted. :)

We came into this dealership hoping to make a good deal and we were treated with courtesy and respect. Rami especially was not like the typical salesperson, he did NOT want you to buy a car you do not like. It was a very pleasant experience, as far as car buying goes, and he got us everything we asked for, and more! Will definitely recommend to our family and friends!

Went in initially to look and compare sizes of Sequoya Vs ForeRunner in shopping for a replacement for a Nissan Murano. Rami directed us to a used Land Cruiser that had the features that my wife was interested in. He was very patient and informative in guiding us through the reasons why certain brand have and maintain value and resale over a longer period of time. We had not done a lot of research prior to going in to look, but felt comfortable with the information that Rami provided us in helping us make a choice.
We ended up writing a contract for the purchase of the Land Cruiser, and came back on the next morning to finalize the deal with a check. During that time, my wife found that the vehicle had been quoted a price on the internet at several thousand dollars less than the price we were quoted, and even agreed to. We went in the next morning, armed with a copy of the internet price and posting, expecting to have to arm-wrestle and hear a script of reasons why that price could not be honored....but.....Rami and the Management honored the internet price and were most gracious about it.
Closing was as smooth and low pressure as I can remember ever having experienced. We were well taken care of, and feel like we will continue to receive good service in the future.

Wait.....that's not the end of the story.!

That same day, largely because of the good treatment we received, we ended up purchasing another vehicle from Rami, this time a 2012 Tundra Platinum model truck.
Again, smooth transaction, friendly, attentive dealing, no pressure, very informative. We were comfortable with their process and apparent honest delivery of facts and options.

In over 40 years of buying and trading vehicle, I have Never left a trade feeling like really made the salesman or dealership have to work really hard for my business. With these trades, although Don Davis most assuredly will make a profit on the trade, I also feel comfortable that I was given a fair deal, and what we believe will be long lasting and quality vehicles....
