Honest people. I was there for repair service. I was quoted a price that was very high ($900) for the repair (which I know should cost around $600). But I left the I was there for repair service. Upon completion of the car, I was told that the quote was high and there were parts that did not need to replace/repair as originally thought. My cost bill was reduced to a very reasonable cost of $600 without me asking. Or course, the better will be that it was quoted right the first time because it could have driven business away. More

Failed to honor Warranty repair Car was clicking on starting so took car to this local dealership. They confirmed battery was low and needed replacing but refused to replace it and Car was clicking on starting so took car to this local dealership. They confirmed battery was low and needed replacing but refused to replace it and sent my daughter off. The car is still under warranty and needless to say my daughter was out when the battery did fail just a couple days later and had to go to a great deal of trouble and cost to get the battery replaced while away from home. When I went back to the dealership they claimed to know nothing, had entered nothin in the system and when I asked to speak to management they referred me to customer service in Florida as the only option they were allowed to offer. Never again as my experience with the other Volvo dealerships in the area has been much better. More

Separate from this (having owned 5 previous Audi's) I feel that the new Volvo's are "overall" a much better car for the real roads of life/ daily use/ and provide a great driving expereince that I never get tired of, also I love their seats/ fantastic comfort.
