BUYER BEWARE- During the purchase of my used car, they added over $ 4,500 to the purchase price (service contract, gap, 3 for 1 protection, luxcare) without my knowledge. I needed a small loan, they steered me to their bank and when the approval came back I was very surprised to see they added the extra charges without my permission. Very deceitful! The deal was done through my bank with no deceitful extra charges. I do not recommend this dealership. I would rate them zero in customer service. They blew it! More

Be very careful! Sales people don't know the difference between market based and no haggle pricing. I contacted BOTH the dealership and the salesperson with a question about a car and NEVER got a response between market based and no haggle pricing. My salesperson never told any of the other salespeople that I had an appointment to take a car to my mechanic for a pre purchase Inspection, and then they had to jump start the car for me to take it. I had my mechanic look at the car and they said it would take over $3000 worth of repairs in a short amount of time. I told this to the 3rd salesperson I dealt with, and he just said, ok! Do they think they work for a cable company and there is no other competition out there? Offer a lower price, throw in an extended warranty! Something! I'd give them no stars if that was an option! More
