My Review of AutoWay Chevrolet of Clearwater:
I wanted to put down in words my appreciation and respect I have for the AutoWay staff, especially Mark Lampett and Wayne Sebring through the process.

Mark, who sold us the car, was hands down the best salesperson we came across in the six or so Chevy dealerships we visited that weekend.

The guy is a champ and knows how to treat people who are trying to buy a car. He eliminated the silly and antiquated "theatre" of purchasing a vehicle and basically stayed out of our way so we could make an informed decision.

Wayne is just a flat out honest and respectable person. Time and again this guy went out of his way to make us happy.

I have to really give it to the GM Jim and his staff for providing a respectable and exceptional service to us during and after the purchase.

In short, we will come to you again and we will send our friends and family.

This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from Autoway Chevrolet Clearwater. The reason I came back was the salesman, Gabriel Rodriguez. Gabe has a very high quality of character that is seldom found, especially in dealerships. He has a ZERO pressure approach and puts you in the car you want, when you want. He isn't out for the big sale and won't put you in something you just can't afford. I look forward to dealing with him again and again. Hey, even the coffee was great.

My Review of AutoWay Chevrolet of Clearwater:
Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure. He was friendly, outgoing, extremely helpful, efficient, and most importantly the most honest agent I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. I appreciated ever effort he and Patti made to support me. Since the Camaro came on the market I have been interested in purchasing one; Gabriel just made it easier to happen. My first impression of him was as an outgoing and very friendly professional. I had the opportunity to meet other buyers and prospective buyers Gabriel was working with and found they found him to be at the top of the class. AFter dealing with him and the Autoway Cleaarwater staff I must say it is a notably different operation then one I previously experienced even less then a year ago.

Gabriel made every detail of the buting process clear and concise and did not conceal any details from me. We inspected the automobile prior to purchase and any promises made have been kept to this point. He efficiently presented all the cost data prior to the sale and managed the process with considerable efficieny while maintaining his positive upbeat personality. Made it a pleasure to buy a car which is normally such a stressful experience. I was disappointed in the total dollar value of my trade in, but that had nothing to do with Gabriel or in point of fact the dealership. Market forces prevented a higher trade in value then if I had presented the car for public sale considering the outstanding condition if my trade vehicle.

Most importantly I felt as if I was dealing with an honest broker. A new experience for me in dealing with suto sasles personnel. No "cost" games were played and I feel I was treated fairly. I was fortunate to get the opportunity to deal with Gabriel Rodriguez; if I had not, I'm not sure if I would have made the purchase at this time. Gabriel made the difference in a buy-no buy decision.

Even though I'm paying for the vehicle I can still off a job well done to Gabriel and the staff of the dealership. The young man who processed the final ssales documents was well trained and presented all the issues with clearity and efficentcy. I really enjoyed the electronic document experience from a technioal persepective and even more as a buyer. If the follow-up contact with the service department equals or exceeds the job of your sales staff I will be one "happy camper".

My Review of AutoWay Chevrolet of Clearwater:
Gabriel was outstanding to work with. I admit I was not an "easy client" to work with. I knew the exact Camaro I wanted. We started looking in April 2011, Gabriel keep in touch with me via phone until we finally found my car in July. It ended up being in another state, but Gabriel made it happen and I got my car! This dealership also works with USAA so I highly recommend anyone who has USAA who wants a Chevy to come to AutoWay Chevrolet!
