This was the worst experience I ever had a car dealership. We went to the Stafford location. Our experience was terrible. We felt the salesperson to be rude and unprofessional. When we had the car independently inspected, they indicated the state inspection was suspect as there were obvious issues that should not have passed state inspection. Do NOT buy from here. A week after purchasing a vehicle here, check engine light came on, I was told to bing the car back, 1:30drive for them to plug the scanner amd deleate the check engine light that cam here, check engine light came on, I was told to bing the car back, 1:30drive for them to plug the scanner amd deleate the check engine light that came back up with the same code a few days later. Sales manager and service managers claim there is nothing they cam do since the vehicle didnt have warranty that it was on isbthe customer to take care or the engine light. Them we discovered that the maintenance plan they sold us, does not cover everything like they had said, only certain powerterrain issues. Also car was sold with an open recall that they said it did not was active at the time of the purchase, but Ford confirmed that the recall had been sent to them almost 2 years ago. This dealership sold me a car, kept the GPS on it and then came and took the car. They also forced me to buy a warranty that I didn’t want, but to get them to hold the contract I had to get it.
