I walked in looking for an advertised Audi A3. When I got there Sonny had the car pulled up for me. It was just as advertised and looking good. He was really friendly and took care of me. I was asking a lot of them to make me happy and they met all my needs. When trying to get a price that worked for me Eddie was firm but extremely fair. To me, that is all you can ask for. I ended up bringing my girlfriend to look at an Acura TSX. We walked out with both. After the sale they made sure the cars were up to our standards and they really appreciated the business. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh and by the way, they have great cars. I was really impressed with the selection. Go see these guys!

I was looking for a very particular make and model vehicle. I searched for months to find the right one. I found my car at the AutoMall Collection in Peabody. I met with David Penney and was treated professionally right from the start. The car needed a few small things to be perfect and David promised me that the dealership would provide those things at their cost. Due to my busy schedule, it took a little longer than I anticipated, but David and the AutoMall did everything they promised to do. Brandon Wright at the AutoMall Service Center in Norwood was equally great to work with.

I would highly recommend this salesman, this dealership, and this repair facility.

I contacted this dealership about purchasing a used smart car. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealership they explained that there had been some sort of mistake and that I actually had to pay $500 more. When I complained to the owner he agreed to the original price but said that I would have to pay $478 in document fees. Then the battery in the car was dead and I couldn't take it for a test drive. Needless to say, I didn't buy the car.

These people are caricatures of sleazy car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I had the best car buying experience here. They got me a great rate with not so great credit and worked with me on the whole process. They treated me well and as a women generally at other dealerships that is not the case. All the sales guys were fantastic! I would highly recommend the automall collection! Great cars Great people! Best car buying experience ever! Mark didnt push the sale and really listened to what I wanted and joe worked hard to get me a payment I could afford. I highly recommend!

They really tried but couldn't make it happen. Prices are fair people are friendly. Nice selection and they try to get you what you say you can afford. Just wish it could've worked out because we really wanted the car but maybe next time.

I just bought a used VW Golf from these people, and everything about the experience was great. From the time I parked in the lot, everyone was friendly, helpful, warm, informative. Because my car was in the shop they picked me up and dropped me off, and they'll be bringing the car to me. They answered every question I had along the way. I'd also just gotten some bad news about my old car, and they helped me deal with that. I usually buy cars from individuals so I can avoid all the high pressure techniques of car dealerships. Here I didn't feel pressured at all. I liked everything: size of the place, the people I dealt with, the result. Go in, look around, buy a car. These guys were amazing, beginning to end. I wish they were my neighbors.

They were super friendly during the deal once I paid for my car they the service went down the drain, I had to keep calling about things that they promissed I would have the next day it took them 3 days to do the alignment on my car promised me a nav cd then they couldn't get one for me unless I paid so many things went wrong, they are a bunch of scam artist they also own Dedham automall be ware.......

I have been driving a Mercedes-Benz CLK320 convert. for over 8 years (I bought it used with 45k miles) and loved it. I felt it was time to upgrade to a newer version of the same car. I started my research about a month ago and began to focus on the 08/09 year to achive the price point that I was looking for. I also wanted heated seats and a nav in this one that was missing in my last one. I was only interested in Silver or Black.

As I continued to look, the same two dealerships continued to pop up with the cars I wanted at prices that were on the lower end of the range. (Dedham Auto Mall and Auto Mall Collection). I spotted a clk550 at Dedham, drove it by found the suspension too firm for me coming out of a clk. I was interested in the 07 they had in Dedham, but it was priced a bit high for the year and options even though it only has 15k miles on it.

I then saw a silver clk350 up at Peabody and called on it. I spoke to Dave would invited me to come and drive the car. I came to see the car a few days later and was interested. It did not have the nav I was looking for, but at the right price I would take it. After leaving and thinking about it, I made and offer for the car. We could not agree on price, primarily because of the trade which I knew was a bit aggressive on my part.

Dave stayed with me and kept me informed of all of the new cars as they came in. A black CLK350 showed up with everything I wanted and got a call from Dave. The price was attractive based on everything else I had seen. I shot up to Peabody to drive the car, loved it and about an hour later, the deal, my trade and financing was complete. Dave an Eddie were helpful, and efficient. I was hoping for a bit more on the trade, but was happy with the deal and felt I was treated fairly.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dave or the dealership to anyone looking for a new luxury vehicle. Also, Dave delivered the car to me in Waltham to accomodate my schedule.

Dave and Michael have accommodated, my woman and I with the Mercedes Benz wagon r-class 350. Why/ We have 4 babies coming at one time. This is the perfect vehicle for our present circumstances. Thank you guy's very much! We are very much satisfied in every way. Plus today is my Birthday. Automall Collection is definitely where my family will by their cars, SUV, etc!!!
