My Review of Automaster Infiniti:
When I brought my Infiniti G20 in to fix the malfunctioning driver's seat adjustments, they failed to reconnect the driver's air bag after disconnecting it. They also broke the seat back clip. I didn't have time to return to this dealership before heading to Massachusetts, so I went to a dealer in Mass. who reconnected the air bag free of charge but charged me $25 to replace the broken seat back clip. They said Automaster Infinit should reimburse me for the charge since they broke it in the first place. When I asked Automaster Infiniti for a reimbursement, John said that I had no proof that they had broken the clip, and rudely turned me away.
