All our contact with the dealership was by e-mail and phone as we were out of state. We gave Courtney a list of what we needed on the new jeep along with color and a date we would be at the dealership. phone as we were out of state. We agreed on what we felt was a fair price, closed and took possession of the new Jeep without any hassle at all. All very professional, friendly and efficient. I live in Vermont and saw the vehicle I purchased, (in Oklahoma) online. Had my brother who lives nearby (but does not know much about cars) check it out for me. After negotiating a fair price, and committing to purchase, determined that the tires (which I knew needed to be replaced and had purchased car knowing this) where worse than I thought, (remember I said earlier my brother does not know cars? he had thought they were ok). Dealership agreed to refund the $300 difference it cost to replace tires on a Saturday afternoon at only local dealer that had this particular size in stock. (NOTE: I had planned and already included in what I paid for car the purchase of, less expensive not as nice tires as I ended up with, from one of the online discount tire companies.) Though some may say the dealer should have put new tires on anyway, I was the one who agreed to purchase the car "as Is". Paying what I thought was a fair price. So, having the dealership step up and "do the right thing" just goes to show that AutoMax Dodge in Shawnee, OK will take care of the customer after the sale. And even though I do not live "nearby" will check out their inventory next time I need a car. More
