I went to automax well prepaired, looked up the value of my trade on kelly bluebook and nada also had been offered 12,500 the day before at another dealer. We took the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive and askes Rob to get avalue on our trade while we test drove and told him we were looking for 12,500 to 13000for our trade.When we came back from test drive he had not had someoneprice our trade and ask us to fill out a credit app so we did.Our credit is flawless.After discussing some concerns over the carfax which we were given the run around on (almost three hours of continual running back and forth)Rob told us thier pricing was better than other dealers so thier tradein number would be less. He then offeredus 9000 for what the other dealer and nada and kelly bluebook said was worth between 12000 and 1300, at this point we knew we were at the wrong dealer. We then demanded our keys and were stopped by TRob and sales manger I saiod in no way would we do business with them. i told Rob why did you waste our time. I told sales manager I told Rob I wanted at least 12500 and that's when Rob showed his true colors and piped in that I said I wanted 11000. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AS A LOT OF OTHER REVIEWS ON LINE TELL SIMULAR BAD STORIES. I should have listen to my gut feeling after reading those reviews. They only print good reviews on thier website. Check on line under automax reviews you will see that they get more bad reviews than the average dealer. The only thing worst than dealing with cheats is dealing with LIARS AND CHEATS

The location is great and so are all of the staff. I felt comfortable there and never pushed into anything. I found a car I like and started asking question. They were very helpful and informational. In the end I did buy a sentra here and have been very happy with it.

My boyfriend and I purchased a car from Automax over the weekend and they were fantastic! The payment plan they were able to work out for us really helped us out, and we were able to get the car we wanted even though we definitely do not have perfect credit. It felt so good to work with people that did not make me feel ashamed of the fact that I have some old problems still lurking on my credit report. We were completely comfortable with Automax and I recommend you go if you are looking to buy a car.

I made a pretty long trip to Automax because they had the car I wanted and I called them and they assured me to work out a good price. I ended up purchasing the car for the exact price we had discussed over the phone. There were no surprises and I am very happy with the transaction.

I bought a used CTS at Automax and I am so happy that I found the car I have wanted forever! I got a great deal, the interior of the car was clean, and after I v=bought the car I took it to my personal mechanic who said everything looks good under the hood too.

I purchased a Tahoe from Automax and the truck runs great. Of course it does not run like a brand new car, but I am impressed with the way the car handles and how clean it was on the inside. I could tell Automax took time and effort into cleaning it up. Greg was great to work with too!
