After having an incredibly frustrating experience with another dealership, I contacted Automotive Avenues. They listened and understood my frustration, were compassionate, caring, kind, and incredibly helpful, and worked diligently to make sure my sale was easy, smooth, and mistake free. They got me everything I wanted. Pat Shane and Kevin Rasnick, the two people i worked with, were well-mannered and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone. This was a successful, second-time purchase from Automotive Avenues. Thanks so much for all of your time and help!

My initial contact with Auto Ave was via the internet, then by phone. I talked with Floyd Pratt, explained to him my situation. He didn't judge my circimstances and in fact worked to understand my financial limitations. He was not a pressure sales person by any means, very straight forward and honest. I received a very generous amount for my trade in vehicle and drove away in a car that I LOVE. I look forward to a long relationship with Auto Ave and recommending them to family and friends. From the moment we walked through the doors of Automotive Avenues, we felt welcomed.
The receptionist extended cordial greetings and skillfully requested the assistance of a sales representative.
Patricia Shane was introduced to us, she was both courteous, professional, and expeditious in the quality of her work. Patricia was very friendly and knowledgeable of the services and products offered by the company.

Kevin Rasnick assisted with the completion of all paperwork, and his asssistance too was outstanding.
Our overall experience at Automotive Avenues was exceptional and yes we would recommend and do business with them again.

My overall experience was excellant! From my initial visit Dan Krofta was very accommodating. I visited Automotive Avenues multiple times and test drove multiple vehicles. I felt Dan put in an extra effort to make sure I was taken care of, staying late in order for me to test drive vehicles after work. The one thing that stands out to me is I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I appreciate Dan's help and my overall experience with Automotive Avenues. Thank you!

My Wife and I have purchased several vehicles from Automotive Avenues and will continue to purchase vehicles there because the buying experience is so positive. We bring our vehicles there for maintenance as well, because whatever needs to be repaired will be done correctly and in a timely manner.

Now that we know about Automotive Avenues it is unlikely we wil ever by a car elsewhere. We always look for the same agent, Pat Shane, she is always friendly and respectful, over the years we have come to think of Pat as a friend. We recommend Automotive Avenues to any one that we know that is looking for a vehicle whether they are looking for new or used.

We have purchased three vehicles through Auto Aves and have been very satisfied with the whole thing, from start to finish and continuing with the vehicle maintanence. Jerry is the best guy to work with. He is always eager to help with scheduleing a service or explaining what the vehicle needs. And he is wonderful helping out the Credit Union of Denver employees with their vehicles. He is a great asset to this company!!

Jerry is the most trustworthy person I have known at any car dealership.
He is very clear about what needs to be done with my car. I purchased my
car from Automotive Avenues and have been very pleased with it.
I am constantly receiving offers from the Toyota dealership to bring in my
car for maintenance, but I have a relationship with Jerry and I drive 40 minutes to the other side of town because I trust Jerry.

My Review of Automotive Avenues:
My experience with Auto Aves was simply the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. I went in with a few certain features I was looking for in a used truck. I had an idea about make and model, but nothing concrete. They walked me thru a couple trucks on the lot and made a list of what I wanted. They called about a week later and found the exact vehicle I was looking for right down to the color, the two tone probably sealed the deal. :) I think the two biggest things I appreciated were how my sales rep took the time to gather my info, yet there was zero pressure to jump into anything. And then also finding something well within my price range. With this being a second vehicle for me I didn’t want to get overextended and I’m not. I’m completely happy with what I have and what I’m paying for it. Plus they stayed late to accommodate my crazy work schedule. I’ve already recommended Auto Aves to friends and family and would encourage anyone to use them. Their staff was easy and fun to work with and the environment was relaxed.

My Review of Automotive Avenues:
I have purchased three vehicles through Robert Green and Automotive Avenues, and I have already recommended Robert to both friends and family. Not only do I find the best deals at Auto Aves, but I also feel like I don't have to haggle with a sketchy dealer to get them. Robert's totally trustworthy and patient--he and his colleagues do not work on commission. And the interest on the loans he can get through the credit unions are always better than what I can get from other institutions. The last time I bought a car, in fact, my wife and I went to a different car dealership just to check it out. When we left, she simply said, "I know now why you like Robert so much." Well, I do like Robert--I consider him a friend, but I also know he's simply doing what they all do over there at Automotive Avenues.

My Review of Automotive Avenues:
The overall experience was smooth and very low stress. Salesperson was knowledgable and did not waste our time. Showed us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Once intial paperwork was resolved, Dave handed us off to mark who took all of 35 minutes to complete financing that fit our needs. We have recommended Automotive Aves to everyone we've met looking for either new or used vehicles. We are not aware of any other auto sales outlet like Automotive Avenues.
