Tom was great to work with. I test drove several vehicles and pretty much spent all day at the dealership. It was a pretty painless process. I had a bit of a hard time with the finance part of the day but I think I was just overwhelmed. I drove off the lot with a slightly used SUV that I think I will be very happy with for years to come!

I have driven my Oldsmobile Alero for 13yrs, probably 4yrs too long, because of my aversion to car salesmen and the whole car buying ordeal. Automotive Avenues was suggested by someone at my credit union, and since I still had the willies from a recent encounter of the unpleasant kind at a Ford dealer in Aurora, I decided to give Automotive Avenues a try. According to my credit union, Automotive Avenues would look for the car I wanted and arrange "viewings". I left a message for Tom Sullivan, he returned my call within the hour. I told Tom what I was interested in and what additional equipment I wanted on the car. True to my credit union's description of what Automotive Avenues would do, Tom had located the car I wanted and we made an appointment to meet at the dealership the next day. I immediately feel in love with one of the vehicles, it was a 'gotta have', Tom introduced me to the fleet salesman Paul. Tom facilitated the completion of all the paperwork, arranged to have the additional items I wanted installed and had Mark walk me through the sales documents. My car was ready in a few days, with Tom keeping my updated on the progress everyday. When my car was complete, Tom had it delivered to my home and it was waiting in the driveway when I got home that night. I was thrilled and felt as if I had gotten celebrity treatment. All I can say about my experience of buying a car through Automotive Avenues is AWSOME! As painless as this car buying experience was, I might get a new car sooner than 13yrs. Our experiences at Automotive Avenues has been nothing but great. We have bought 12 cars from the dealership now. What makes our experience even better is Pat Shane!!!! Every time we have needed help finding a vehicle that will work for us "Super Shane" has been there for us. It is more like having a family member to deal with rather than a sales person. She is the epitome of professionalism, friendly, and always listens to what it is we need. We are fortunate to have a friend at the dealership to help us when we need it. Today we needed to find a vehicle that was low mileage, newer and that would meet my crazy driving needs, and just like always, Pat found us a perfect deal. I don't know what she makes working there, but it just isn't enough.

I was very impressed with everyone I delt with from the minute I walked in the front door. In the past I had always set aside an entire day to buy a new truck. Once Austin found the truck I was looking for, I think we were in and out in under an hour and completly satisfied. I will definatly use use Auto Aves services again.

I showed up for a test drive on Saturday, and loved the fact that I was allowed to roam around the lot without a sales rep immediately clinging to me. When I found a car I was interested in driving, I was able to quickly locate someone to help me. He showed me the basic features of the car, and gave me the key to take it for a test drive. It was awesome that my husband and I were able to take the car out on our own to pay attention to the things that really mattered when doing the test drive. We decided to go to another lot and check out some other cars, and weren't badgered about that decision. Instead, Christian let us know how he could help find whatever kind of vehicle we were interested in, whether they had it on their lot at the time or not. After going to another lot, we were completely turned off by the traditional car salesman approach, and left quickly. We ended up contacting Christian and setting up a time to go back and purchase my new car. Within two hours, we had the entire process completed and I was driving away in my new car. I felt like I got a great deal, and the whole transaction was easy, unlike the last time I purchased a new car elsewhere. I would wholeheartedly recommend Automotive Avenues (and Christian) to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Great customer service. Not a traditional dealership. I enjoyed walking in and not getting hovered by salesmen. You can shop the lot and if or when your ready you can then ask for a salesmen. The vehicle prices are all below any other dealer. If you have a specific vehicle your looking for, they can track one down that fits your needs. I love not having to do the shopping around.

Another excellent experience! We love going to one location where we can test-drive all makes and models. This was the 4th car that we have purchased over the last 20 years. Austin and Jill were very helpful and easy to work with. We pre-qualified for the loan so closing the deal was fast. Thanks again to Auto Aves and we will be back for another vehicle in the future.

i had the most pleasant experience buying a new car! Austin was great at finding a car to match all of my needs, and wants! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and was just wonderful to work with! I got a great price on my new Subaru and could not be more happy with it! It did great in the snow this morning as well! I would most certainly recommend Auto Aves to all my friends and family looking for a new vehicle.
