My Review of Autonation Woodfield Ford:
I have a 2004 F250. I Brought it in there to have a suspension noise fixed. It took them one week to fix. SPERO NEVER followed up with me. On what was going on. Every time I called he totally forgot who I was and what they were doing to my truck. I finally picked it up after a week of them having it and the noise was gone. I started to drive back home and noticed a new noise. Mind you I was on the highway by now doing 70mph. I pulled over and found my backing plate was now smashed against the rotor. My rotor was blue on that side. I took it back that very day. They told the tech. He came and got my car saw him take a pry bar to my backing plate. They then pulled the car back up. I "ASK" them if they can pull the wheel off and inspect my breaks due to the fact that my rotor overheated. Spero said NO. I then asked to speak to the service manager. He was very nice and said yeah they can look at it. The tech was pretty pissed due to the fact that he got in my truck slammed the door shut then floored it through the back parking lot. I had it. I told the service manager to get my @#$@# truck. He was nice to me and also pissed at the tech. I took my truck and drove home. Since then when breaking my truck shakes. I need new brakes. There is no way in @#ll I am going back there.
