My Review of Autoplex:
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, but failed to have the vehicle inspected before I finalized the deal. This was due to their promises and assurances that it would pass safety and emission inspections. Not only did it not pass, but it cost $500 to fix. I asked them to explain, and they offered to repair it for $200, but then quickly recalled the offer for no good reason. I found it appaling that they sold me a vehicle that they claimed passed, but could not have and did not take responsibility for their actions as a dealer. I looked up the law on the situation and was able to get a small settlement out of them, but it was very heated and full of empty threats. I am just warning any future customer to be wary and realize that they are dishonest. The prices are right, but beware of the vehicles and the dealers.
