I worked with Chris Beck in April 2013 in the lease of my new Honda Pilot EXL with Navigation. Chris's knowledge of his product his dedication to make me happy locating the Silver/Black color combo sealed the deal for me. This is my third Honda Pilot lease and my satisfaction with the lease price I got from Bridgewater Honda Autosport will bring me back in 3 years when this lease is up. If you want a salesperson that knows their product and a brand new showroom that makes a purchaser fell comfortable I highly recommend Bridgewater Honda Autosport and Chris Beck.

We had a terrific experience at AutoSport Honda. Our saleman, Damian was very personable, knowledgable and prompt. The car was ready and waiting for us as was Damian. This has not been our experience in other dealerships. All our questions and then some were answered when he explained all the features of the car. We will return to AutoSport the next time we are in need of a car.

We came into the dealership looking for a new minivan. Our salesman, Greg Eckert, gave us all the information we needed to decide on a Honda. Then he was able to help us to arrive at a price that would work for us. To finalize the deal all of the paperwork was done in a fast and efficient manner and we were good to go. Lastly, Mr. Eckert went out of his way to personally deliver our new license plates and install them on the van in our driveway. Wow...we were blown away by the extraordinary customer service!

We were initially very disappointed with the first two salesmen when inquiring about leasing a certain vehicle. Fortunately, on our third attempt we met Greg Eckert. Greg was very professional, friendly and promptly answered our questions. He made the sale and we are very happy with our new vehicle.

I am giving this dealership a bad rating because of my exhausting and stressful experience with both the sales and service department. The dealership had the certified car I was looking for at a decent price, but the buying process took about 6 hours beyond my initial visit spread over two days. Even though I made an appointment with the financial department to sign all the paperwork, I waited over 1 ½ hours without an explanation. The car was not ready to go home since the service department missed a few things on their checklist. When we came back the second day to get the car after being serviced, the battery was dead (needed a new battery) and my license plates were not attached. I did not notice the lack of license plates and drove home illegally. When I called about my license plates, the service center had lost them. I now needed to get new plates instead of a plate transfer. The sales staff did not stay on top of the buying process and the service center seemed to push this car through the certification process too quickly, missing some check point items. I do not recommend this dealer, especially for a certified car.

I have been leasing Hondas from Autosport since 2005 and have been extremely satisfied with the autos and the service. I turned in my 2010 Civic and picked up a 2013 Civic in one day. The turn-around was exceptional and I am very satisfied with Greg Eckert's salesmanship in this transaction. I will highly recommend Autosport Honda to my friends and family.
