My Review Of Autosport Honda:
I am giving this dealership a bad rating because of my exhausting and stressful experience with both the sales and service department. The dealership had the certified car I was looking for at a decent price, but the buying process took about 6 hours beyond my initial visit spread over two days. Even though I made an appointment with the financial department to sign all the paperwork, I waited over 1 ½ hours without an explanation. The car was not ready to go home since the service department missed a few things on their checklist. When we came back the second day to get the car after being serviced, the battery was dead (needed a new battery) and my license plates were not attached. I did not notice the lack of license plates and drove home illegally. When I called about my license plates, the service center had lost them. I now needed to get new plates instead of a plate transfer. The sales staff did not stay on top of the buying process and the service center seemed to push this car through the certification process too quickly, missing some check point items. I do not recommend this dealer, especially for a certified car.
