i have had extensive autobody and paint work done on three different cars they are the best in town hands down perfect thanks ken ..i have also had four different vehicles serviced here many many times the job was always done on time as stated very polite respectful and the job was done perfectly what more can you ask for?? perfect a+

My Review of Axelrod Chrysler:
Went to look at a Chrysler Town and Country, they were all filthy. They said they clean them up after you buy. Wanted to trade in my 2008 g5 which bluebooks for 11K, they said they would give me 8K. I said, it bluebooks for 11K trade and the saleswoman said "we wish people would'nt look at KBB before they come in, no doubt". Will be taking my business elsewhere.

My Review of Axelrod Chrysler:
After some time of negotiations with the dealership via phone because I am in PA we came to an agreement of price at 2pm. Sean was to get back to me with the bank routing information for me wire the money. The next morning when I spoke with Sean I was prepared to go to the bank and wire the money. Sean then stated sorry bad news we sold the aspen to someone else at 5:30pm. I was upset and I asked to speak with a manager and Bob got on the line and he just stated we had no deal you gave no money. I stated because Sean said he didn't know the routing info and would get the information to me so that I can wire the money first thing in the morning. Obviously they were double dealing and never had the courage to call me that same day. Sean should have never said you got a good deal on the Aspen. Very greedy and poor sales practice. No one you would want to do honest business with. There are plenty of other dealerships we can spend our hard earned money at.
