Khoi and the BMW team were super handling my purchase & trade-in...we started online-emails one day and then did the deal in 2 hours the next day - New Years Eve 2009; I was very pleased with the way they do business, the price of the new car & trade-in, and consideration of my time as I was on a very compressed schedule that day to buy. Thanks to Khoi, Leroy and finance group for great customer service!

My visit to BMW of South Atlanta was a very positive experience! I went into this not really thinking I could afford a BMW. The sales personnel did not pressure you at all - they truly believe in the product and wanted to make you feel comfortable with your purchase decision. Adrian greeted me and then gave the initial overview. Then I returned and met with Khoi. Khoi worked with me to get me to the right affordable choice for me. He didn't try to oversell or force me into something I wasn't comfortable with. I felt he was honest and open about everything. He answered all of my questions before, during and after my purchase. I looked at the Nissan, Infiniti, and Lexus dealerships. I am very pleased that I ended back up at BMW to purchase my car.

My Review of BMW and MINI of South Atlanta:
I visited BMW South Atlanta Friday, November 20, 2009 around 2 p.m. I chose this dealership after having had a not-so positive experience at BMW Macon. When I arrived, Mr. Diep was paged and immediately greeted my husband and me. We were escorted to his office and he clarified my needs again, as we had been corresponding via email for several weeks prior to my visit. He showed me what I asked for and took the time to explain the differences in my three choices. The test drive was wonderful and I knew rather quickly that Khoi would sell me a BMW that day.

I still wasn't sure about the color choices but Khoi went over my selections and we took another trip to look at all three again. After the second trip, I knew I would which one I liked and was ready to begin the "dreaded" financial aspect of my visit.

Surprisingly, the financial process was just as seamless, if not more so, than the rest of my visit at BMW South Atlanta. There was no pressure, no haggling and no mystery Finance Manager hiding in a far away office. Khoi presented the pricing information in a clear concise easy to understand format. Whenever we raised a question, he treated us professionally and courteously and saw to our every need. Khoi was the ultimate professional and a true representative of BMW USA and South Atlanta. My husband and I had such a wonderful experience that I'm sure we will be long time loyal BMW owners!

Kudos to you for hiring such a wonderfully intuitive person such as Khoi!

My Review of BMW and MINI of South Atlanta:
I had problems with my radio reception and BMW had issued a service bulletin addressing this. I had the bulletin number but wanted to read the actual bulletin. I stopped at BMWoSA on my way home from work and encountered a complete fool in their service department. This guy was rude, arrogant, smelled bad, and completely soured me to the entire brand. He refused to pull the Service bulletin for me 'just because'.

I got the bulletin from the BMW dealership in Macon and have not set foot back into that cesspool (BMW of South Atlanta) since. The bulletin stated to tighten the cable leading to the antenna signal booster that was left loose from the factory. How difficult did that have to be?

Due to this dealership I feel that BMW has offered me the least amount of ownership satisfaction of any vehicle I've ever owned. I need involvement and I'm not someone who just hands the keys over to the service department and give them free reign.

Thanks to BMWoSA I am over the hype of this otherwise nice product.

Khoi Diep made my purchase of a new 328i a great experience.
Khoi is professional, knowledgable, courteous, and caring. He did a great job putting me in a new BMW. Khoi stayed in contact with me, answered all my questions handidly, was always available, arranged my test drive and facilitated the entire process.
Khoi spent the time to introduce me and my wife to all the new options on the 328I, demonstrated their use, and watched me as I performed the tasks. He introduced me to the maintenance department and the parts department.

I am overall very satisfied with my first BMW purchase experience. All the staff was friendly and willing to help. I never felt pressured by my salesman Khoi, he was very patient and knowledgeable. I am very glad I went to this dealer even if I had to drive over 100 miles from home. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a nice quality vehicle to BMW of South Atlanta.

My Review of BMW and MINI of South Atlanta:
We knew we wanted a MINI but when you buy one they all are so different you have to find one with the features you want. Terry Huddleston went above and beyond to make sure I had the MINI that had EVERY feautre that I wanted!! He went above and beyond when I had questions, taking pictures of examples for me. (I live 3 hours from Atlanta so seeing the features was done by e-mails only) If I had a question, he had an answer to my e-mail usually within 15 minutes. It was overall just a GREAT experience in purchasing my MINI.
