My Review of BMW momentum:
I purchased a BMW 3 Series from Momentum BMW - the experience can be summed up in one word - &quot;Arrogance&quot;. You often feel that they are doing you a favor for selling you a car (even if you are paying list price).<br><br>I have had the car serviced at Momentum as well. The major issue is that everytime I bring it in, they find a multitude of problems with the car that need to be fixed. The pressure is then on for you to purchase these additional services. <br><br>In certain cases, they refused to repair the car when it was under warranty, but were more than happy to point out the repair when it was out of warranty. For example, when I complained that there was a knock from the front of the car, they said that there was nothing wrong with the car. However, there was a Technical Service Bulletin in place for the front suspension. The next time I brought the car in and it was not under factory warranty, they said that my front suspension needed repairs.<br><br>Service prices are very high - $1,200 for brakes, $275 for a battery, $90 for oil change.
