My Review of BMW of Ann Arbor:
I used BMW of Ann Arbor for nearly 7 years, both for regular maintenance and repairs. The price, service and courtesy was second to none, in my opinion. The skill of the mechanics is a bit variable (some are excellent and some are just okay), but everyone in the service department aims to please. Compared to dealers I've used in Calfornia, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio, Illinois, these are are the best.

My Review of BMW of Ann Arbor:
This store turns out to be related to the Mercedes of Ann Arbor and boy does it show. One of the first questions I got asked when looking at the 5 series was flat out "How can you afford this car?" While he did conduct a product demonstration and take me for a test drive, there is no way I'll be purchasing a car from them. There are just too many other good options out there wihtout being talked down to.
