My Review of BMW of Annapolis:
It's a shame that Mr. Tate had to sell out to such an awful corportation. If you are new to the BMW purchasing experience, please do your research prior to making a stop here. They will act as if they are doing the best possible job for you but all you really get is the run around. They found me a car at an auction and assured me that I did not have to purchase it if I didn't like it. As the end of the month approached and my car wasn't ready, they still "needed" me to come in and sign the paperwork. I guess I was a bit foolish and did, but I had seen the car and loved the way it looked. After driving it, I hated it. It was a '06 525i and it was just too big for me. I didn't feel safe and wanted to take it back. I told them this and they told me just to keep driving it and they would work on finding me something else. That never happened. Luckily I was able to get my down payment back and walk away. I guess they were tired of looking at me! I ended up going to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and purchasing an awesome car and received wonderful treatment. For that, I would have to say, thank you BMW of Annapolis, you did me a favor!

My experience with Annapolis Mini far surpasses recent prior experiences (June-July 2008) with Townson Mini. Both Jerry and Scott were very professional and helpful
