Annapolis BMW has reacquired my business, since changing ownership from Tate BMW to Annapolis BMW, with both their service department and sales.

Brian Mixon is a breath of fresh air to work with. He is not only knowledgeable about the cars that he sells but he is genuinely interested in making sure that the customer has the best possible experience.

Jane in Service provided outstanding customer service and changed my entire outlook on the dealership as a whole. I was very skeptical of taking my car back to that dealership for any servicing from my first experience with Tate BMW. She has completely changed my mind about taking my car to Annapolis BMW! Brian was awesome! I came in to test drive a used Honda & a Toyota that was in stock. Since I needed a car but really had no desire to buy a newer one, I wasn't planning to find something that day. Brian is great at "thinking outside the box" and found a car that met all my requirements, it sporty, gets great gas mileage, in the price range and it's fun to drive. There was no pressure just a calm, professional and experienced salesperson deal with. What's not to love about a car buying experience like this one!! Thank you Brian!

I went to BMW of Annapolis on a whim. I was looking for a new BMW and decided to start my search at this dealership, not thinking that it would also end that very day. The salesman that helped me was Bing, and he could not have been more professional and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bing Chen and Annapolis BMW. This was the third dealership I had visited and they gave me a deal from which I couldn't walk away. Bing was very comfortable to talk to and work with and he's a wealth of knowledge. When my car came in he very patiently went over all the little nuances of the X3, and when I called him an hour later from a shopping center because I couldn't start my car (put your foot on the brake), he didn't make me feel like an idiot. We will most likely replace our other car in a few years and would definitely start with Bing at Annapolis BMW. I have recommended Bing and the dealership to friends. Just today somebody asked me why, living in Delaware, I had Maryland temporary plates on my car: it was simply the best overall experience and deal.

Was very happy with the purchasing procedure--it was quick and easy. Sean Peria was very helpful going out of his way--he even drove to my home to pick me up the day of delivery. He was very helpful in explaining and going over the instrumentation (which was a bit different than I was used to). Would definitely recommend this dealership.
