My Review of BMW of Houston North:
I will ommit names to avoid causing problems. I purchased a 2001 M3 from the dealership in May 2003. I was aware of some slight hail damage, but never signed any sort of damage disclosure. I didn't mind a small dent in the A pillar because of what was required to fix it.
15 months later, when I went to trade in the car on an Audi, the dealership I was buying from let me know the car had substantial paint work. The entire front end of the car had been repainted; hood, bumper, and both fenders. I was furious, and had to use BMW North for an in-and-out, because they were the only ones to "find" me a "deal" for trading in. I lost $10,000 in 15 months because the dealership neglected tell me about this up front. Even my original sales associate admited to the manager that "this is kind of our problem" referring to the body work.
About a year later, I discovered through talking to the original body work contractor that the manager had but over $4,000 into fixing the car, from damage caused by hail and the staff. My salesman was standing next to me when the body guy was divulging this information to me, and I never received one phone call after that from my salesman, and no returned calls for other business.
I would NEVER again recommened the sales staff at BMW of Houston North. Who knows, you might get one of the vehicles from the numerous break-ins and accidents in the back and never know what repairs were made.
