My Review of BMW of Hunterdon:
What good is having the Ultimate Driving Machine without the Ultimate Dealership Experience? At Hunterdon BMW, that’s exactly the type of total package we got when we shopped for our 3-series convertible. Pattie O’Neal and Darius Griffin were the most courteous professionals we ever dealt with in the last 20+ years. They presented us with a very reasonable offer in a very clear and concise manner, with no hidden numbers and gimmicks. We’ve always considered ourselves as very demanding and info-hungry customers, but with their patience and experience, they always fulfilled our inquiries in a timely fashion. Mike Yates, the Sales Manager, is an absolute down-to-earth guy that we feel very comfortable dealing with. We also met with the owner of the dealership while we’re there, very nice guy also.
The same applies to their Service and Parts department, especially Michelle Sellar and Amy Kemper, who assisted us with numerous issues (e.g. we hit a pot hole and needed a wheel and tire replacement). Unlike other Service and Parts departments that we dealt with in the past, they always presented information to us in terms that we can understand, and not with some mechanical terms right out of the Chilton Manual!. Every time we have a non-urgent question regarding certain functionality on the vehicle, we always got a response promptly.
Kudos to all the staffs at the dealership, who always greeted us with a smile whenever we walked in, who made us feel like we’re part of the family, the Hunterdon BMW family.
We could have continued on and on with pages and pages of materials praising this dealership, but we believe actions are louder than words, so we decided to ditch the Nissan experience and trade it in for the Ultimate BMW Dealership Experience: Several weeks after we took delivery of our 3-series convertible, I traded in my wife’s Nissan and got her a brand-new X3!
