I just purchased my 2013 BMW 535XI M Sport! It was a special order, and let me just say that it truly was special!! Luis was my sales person, and he was the best!! I am quite the picky individual--hence the special order, but I wanted to take the time and tell my story. Luis was quite helpful in the entire process, he carefully explained everything about the car, gave a very thorough explanation about the options, drivetrain, etc...He really made me feel comfortable during my purchase. No pressure, EVER!! This is my first BMW, and it won't be my last. This is greatly in part to the rest of the folks that I had dealt with during my experience at BMW of Orland Park. Every time I came into the dealership I was always greeted with warm and genuine smiles. Theresa is always smiling and always a pleasure to speak to, great customer service!! James, the General Manager was very helpful in my experience and was always on top of my special build questions and progress. Colleen, who was not my sales person, always greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Pete took care of the financing and oversaw my purchase from the start, I've never meet someone who took the time to ensure I was satisfied in every way possible!! Dan in the Parts department was very helpful in explaining the accessories for my vehicle and even took the time to help install them! I recently purchased my first BMW (X5) and I am very pleased with the purchase. BMW of Orland Park has the largest pre-owned inventory in the Chicago land area and its prices are very competitive. What made my purchase an enjoyable experience was DJ Snyder. He is not a stereotypical salesman that people tend to associate with. He was very professional and really helped me understand the pros and cons on a few selections (based on my very selective preferences) and demonstrated exceptional knowledge on the BMWX5 that I purchased. If you're in the market for your first or next BMW, go and see DJ.

BMW of Orland Park is one of the best Dealership in Town and Joe McFadden cant say what a top salesperson he is. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from him and he is still just as knowledgable, very understanding and knows what is ideal vs non ideal for me and my family.
He is very honest and definitely I would refer him to friends & Family.

The purchase experience was grear and the salesman, Joe McFadden was knowledgeable and helpful. I was interested in either an X3 or X5. He gave me enough information and road test on each type vehicle making the final selection easy. It helped also that I am a previous BMW owner for 9 years back in the mid 80's. Overall, the experience was worth telling a friend.

The sales staff is very friendly and does not resort to high pressure tactics. When negotiating a price they do not say "take it or leave it NOW", they give to time to think about it and let them know your decision.
I would recommend this dealership for the courtesy of their sales staff, howver, I had an unpleasant experience with the service department over work that I believed should have been covered by warranty that would somewhat temper my decision.

BMW of Orland Park is a Super Dealership and Joe McFadden is a superb salesperson. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from him and he is still just as knowledgable, friendly and professional as he was when I first met him. He answers ALL of my questions in a manner that pleases me and I ask lots of questions. Even after driving my new 2013, X3 for three weeks, I had further questions and he answered them just as he has always done. I am loving my new vehicle with all the updates that I am still getting used to.
The new facility is an excellent showplace and I am enjoying everything and the people just as I did in the former place.
