I was concerned that buying a car from out of state would be a hassle, but from the very first phone call, Bob was extremely helpful and did an excellent job making sure all went smoothly. Gus was very knowledgeable, very informative, and friendly. He made our purchasing experience a pleasure. We will absolutely be referring all my team (Visalus) to Gus and your dealership.

We were very appreciative that he even came in on his day off to help us finalize the purchase of our BMW X5. He went above and beyond.

I have been looking at cars for a few months now, and dealing with many different Client Advisors; Gus was hands down the most professional and welcoming Advisor of them all. Thank you so much for making our purchasing experience an amazing experience!!

My Review of BMW of Orland Park:
It took me ten years to think about going into a dealership to look at new vehicles. As a woman, it is typically not a comfortable experience. I was giving my Honda to my granddaughter. The car had served me extremely well and I thought about replacing it with another Honda. I did a great deal of internet research and added a few higher end cars to my short list. Going into the BMW dealership in Orland Park we were welcomed by Guy Accentura. He was a wealth of knowledge and passionate about the vehicles that we were looking at. Our next trip in we met Doug Panko (Guy was off) and he helped us find the perfect color for our new vehicle. He too was incredibly knoweledgeable and it was at that point that my short list narrowed to one vehicle. I ordered my car without pressure and I am convinced that I got a great price. My car was delivered last Saturday. It is perfect. It supasses my expectations. Both Doug and Guy have been wonderful beginning to end. If I could rate them as a "10" I certainly would.

This is my first BMW and I was glad to have Joe Galante as my sales assistant. He is very honest in price and knowledgable in terms of X5's mechanism, general operation, safety features and options. The procuring process was nice and short, and Joe gave me a great value on my trade in vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend Joe Galante and BMW of Orland Park to anyone.

My Review of BMW of Orland Park:
My experience with Orland Park BMW and sales person Gus Gertos was wonderful. For many, new car buying can be a very intimidating experience as it is for this single mom. Although I did some homework using the internet and visiting dealerships on Sundays to help make a decision on what car I would purchase, it was time to test drive and speak with a salesperson. My son and I was approached by Gus who came outside to talk with us. Immediately, Gus made me feel very comfortable with the process and was so down to earth and easy to talk to yet very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all of our questions. He showed us every detail about the car. I felt good about how they valued my trade in and was happy with the financing part. Never once, did I feel overly pressured or that someone was spinning the intimidating car buying jargon at me. If every car dealership made people feel the painless process I had at Orland BMW and with Gus Gertos, they would do better. He really was again, wonderful to work with. Now I know why others try to compare themselves to BMW.

My Review of BMW of Orland Park:
This was my first experience with BMW and was very pleased from the initial phone through the delivery process. Guy Accettura was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the two vehicles I looked at. The best part was the night I took delivery it was Guy's night to leave early, he stayed late and made sure to go over the cars features knowing that I was not familiar with BMW. I would recommend anyone to check out BMW of Orland Park and see Guy.

My Review of BMW of Orland Park:
I recently bought a new BMW of Orland Park, IL. I can't begin to tell you the awesome service I was provided from the beginning to current, I am so pleased! I was so lucky to have worked with my wonderful Salesman, Gus Gertos. He is a professional, knowledgeable, caring, considerate and all around honest and sincere guy. If I could give higher marks, I would rate him a 10 instead! The time Gus put in with me didn't stop with the sale. He got me through the process and then made sure I understood everything about the car, and even took the time to call and hook up my phone, radio and roadside assistance, which is not his responsibility. Gus made sure when I drove off the lot that I was comfortable and knowledgable about the car! Infact, everyone I came in contact with at BMW were phenomenal! If you are looking at a new or used BMW, I totally recommend you request Gus Gertos as your Salesman. He knows those cars like the back of his hand, and will not let you leave knowing the same. I can't thank him enough for making my expierence the best I could ask for!! Thanks Gus, you are the best and I will continue to recommend you to others...AND...I LOVE MY BEAMER:))

Working with Guy Accettura and BMW Orland Park was the best experience that I have had at a car dealership yet. They worked very hard to get me into the car that I wanted for a competative price. Not only did they get me into the BMW that I always wanted, the Customer Service was impeccable. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to lease or buy a new BMW!
