My Review of BMW of Pleasant Grove:
Started looking for a BMW with current promotion credit. Talked to the client adviser and was assured I was getting a good price. Checked online and learned that I was going to pay $5k over what I should be paying. Learned that Utah BMW dealers will take you to the cleaners when buying a new car. Buy a BMW from out of state (like Colorado) it will save you thousands of dollars.

My Review of BMW of Pleasant Grove:
I recently purchased a 2004 X3 and had some hesitation in the transmission. I took the vehicle in and was very well treated.

The repair required that the EGS Control be sent to BMW North America for programming and took 8 days to complete.

When I dropped off my car, a courtesy car hadn't come back as anticipated and they got me a rental car for two days that was then replaced with a courtesy car.

The transmission seems to be operating perfectly now.
