My Review of BMW of Salem:
I worked with Dennis and Jonny and not only did they sell me the actual car of my dreams, of which there were very few in the country, but after a few challenges related to me being out of state (in WI!!), they exceeded my expectations, overnighting paperwork and providing appropriate resolutions to challenges faced in delivery. Thanks BMW of Salem!

My Review of BMW of Salem:
What a surprisingly pleasant  experience. I live in the Eugene area and contacted a slew of Oregon BMW dealerships looking to purchase a BMW x5. After a lengthy yet unproductive conversation with BMW of Portland I decided to contact BMW of Salem in hopes of ordering a vehicle and not having to go through the rigamarole of haggling on a price or negotiating unnecessary extra's that would put me over budget. Bryce my sales associate was able to secure me the exact vehicle I was searching for and as an added plus offered to me the BMW of Salem VIP at home delivery. He came to my home in Eugene and did all the paperwork, showed me All the ins and outs of my new BMW and went over the vehicle service recommendations. BMW of Salem and Bryce provided to me a service that I wasn't expecting and a service that far exceeded any of my expectations. I will surely extend my appreciation by telling anyone that I come across that O'Brien auto group has provided to me the best customer service and car buying experience I have ever had. Should it be a BMW, Honda or volkswagen I would highly recommend the O'Brien auto group.

My Review of BMW of Salem:
I was extremely pleased with this dealership. BMW of Salem went above and beyond for me and my family. I contacted obrienautogroup looking for a BMW 5 series and was put in touch with the general manager lance Donavan who was able to find me the vehicle that I was looking for even though they didn't have it at their dealership. Lance and his sales staff got the vehicle down from another dealer in Portland and didn't charge me to have it brought down. Once the vehicle was down in Salem Dustin called me and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up and the vehicle would be detailed and clean when we arrived. When my family and I arrived lance, Dustin and Jim had put a big red bow on the car for me as it was my birthday, it was an extremely nice surprise! I am just all smiles and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I would recommend BMW of Salem to anyone and because my family drove down from the Portland area lance the general manager mailed me a $25 gas gift card just for making the drive down from Salem. This dealership is A+++

My Review of BMW of Salem:
We went through the USAA buying service so the price was pretty much set before we went to the dealer. However, Mr. Dettwyler was very cordial and professional in going through the details of the sale. The car we wanted was scheduled to go to another dealer, but he was able to acquire it. I am sure it took several hours on the phone to accomplish this and he probably did not have to work that hard for us under the circumstances. He called us as soon as the car arrived in Salem and was ready for us. Delivery was very smooth and conducted in a very professional manner by all of the O'Brien staff.

My Review of BMW of Salem:
The O'Brien auto group has given us a very straight forward and pleasant experience for purchasing a BMW. The sales staff and ethics and procedures that they set forth in winning your business was top notch, I called Johnny, gave him the opportunity to win my business and he did it in 20 mins and all over the phone. I came down with my wife from Portland, drove it, loved it, financed it and went away with handshakes and smiles. What else is there? Nothing, that's how thorough everyone was, and I thank you for the great service.

My Review of BMW of Salem:
On March 23, 2011, we contacted this dealership Mr. Caleb Moore assisted us in ordering a 2011 328i Coupe.

It was very apparent that Caleb was going to take all precautions in assisting us for choosing the right colors and options for our vehicle. He even took the time to open multiple vehicles to show the different interior combinations, grains, and textures and enthusiastically demonstrated any options upon our request and answered all questions. At no time did we feel rushed.

It is a rarity to find an establishment willing to provide such customer service. We found Caleb to be knowledgeable and very professional in his presentation of the business and products. The service he provided was truly exemplary and he should be commended!

It is obvious the culture promoted at this BMW dealership should be the epitome of what other dealerships should try to attain. Again, thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

To Whom it may concern:

I was in the market for a BMW and once I walked through the doors, I knew I had made the right decision.

Caleb greeted me in a professional and warm manner. He was interested in finding out exactly what I wanted and did not try to maneuver me into something I did not want. I never felt pressured. He was very amenable to my driving two cars and was extremely knowledgable about the BMW engine, ratings, particulars about braking, cornering, gearing system, rear differential etc... I felt very educated and respected by this individual. Although he is young he will be at the top of his game for many years to come.

Caleb went out of his way to give me a great deal and was more than willing to work with my busy schedule and even called my insurance company for approval because I was driving to Lake Oswego.

Caleb is very competent and very polite. A very classy fellow.

Do not hesitate to visit this dealership. You will be treated VERY WELL.

My Review of BMW of Salem:
The sales promised me to get the specific car I like at the first contact. I agreed on the price and options. Later he said the car will be ready in 1 or 2 days. Two days later he said the car may be available in 2 more days. Hmmm.. I suspect there is no car allocated to this dealer for some reason in the first place. The sales just use trick to lure me in, waste my time, and see if something good may happen to him. I don't get it.
Do not waste your time, IMHO.
