The customer service here was good, but I am incredibly disappointed by a major oversight. I brought my car in for service on Friday, yet right after my visit, the car indicated it was low on oil. If a multi-point fluid check was supposed to be included, the technician clearly skipped it or failed to notify me. If an oil change was performed, it was done improperly, causing a sudden drop. Leaving a service center with a dangerously low oil level is unacceptable. I expect better attention to basic vehicle maintenance and clearer communication. More
