The car buying experience was pleasant. Jimmy was great at listening and understanding what I was looking for. When it was discovered the car I bought had a defect before transfer, Jimmy anticipated my needs and limitations and set me up with the perfect loaner that I was comfortable driving for a couple of weeks.
