My Review of BOARD FORD:
I had purchased a vehicle which went fairly well, but when I went back to trade my vehicle ( which I purchased there) I was offered over 10K less than blue book trade and was given the reason that my frame was bent due to a rear end accident I had the previous year. I had my accident repairs fixed at the body shop on site ( they are awesome) and at no time was I told that my frame was bent nor was my insurance company informed of this issue. I asked the sales team ( they all were involved at this point) to please provide me the proof of the bent frame. During the time that I waited for the proof of the bent frame report I strolled back to the body shop to ask about the frame and was assured by the management there that it in fat was not broken and that my car did not even have a frame to be bent in the first place. Needless to say the sales team was never able to provide the proof of the report they were viewing. I did go to another dealer and got a great trade value for my car, actually over blue book due to its low mileage and cleanliness. I have spread the word about Board Ford and I do not recommend anyone to them. Basically the team knew my credit approval, knew I had just paid my car off completely with cash and knew what I could afford.
