My Review of Bale Honda:
Sales manager stated he had to get a new car out of state, in fact got it from the dealer down the street, took 3 days to get it. Finance manager stated that you have to wait 60 days before you can cancel extended warranty. Simply not true...had to argue with them and finally just demand that they refund the warranty (which they finally did). Went in for service for the rear view mirror which popped off the windshield mount 3 days after vehicle purchase. Service manager stated that there was no possible way for anyone to even look at it (time was approximately 3:15). Drove down the street to another Honda dealership and they put it back on in a Jiffy. Had first oil change done, and they used 5w30 even though the manual and even the oil cap specifically state 10w30. Poor salesmanship, customer service, and vehicle service. These were just the major problems I had with Bale, there are other smaller problems also. Bale receives a BIG thumbs down from me.
