My Review of Balise Honda:
I was always told Honda is a good car besides toyota.
But the dealership that you get from makes a big difference Because screwed up my paperwork and the service is horrible.
End of the year, I provided with a discount price on the current model since the new models had come. In the process of closing the paperwork they put the original price back. luckily i noticed this as i was signing the agreement. i brought to their attention asap and they took the paperwork and i then signed it. come few months past i realize that they had the retail price on my loan. They denied the offered the discount until i showed the other half of their agreement with their signature. They had to legally give my back the discounted prices of 2000$. What a mess but i got the check!! how many ppl might not have noticed this????
Secondly, their service sucked ( excuse my language), they are very careless and left a 14 inc took in my engine by mistake!!! what would have happened if that took jamed the engine as i was driving. They did not claim their mistake but intern offered no apology except from the manager. Many other issue, they replaced my screen on my deck because it was popping out even if the car was new. instead they replaced it with all the dust instead. The glove compartment light was on and they said they corrected that but intern they put a sponge to cover from the light showing outside. meaning that could drain the battery out when car is parked. They were hesitent to provide a rental car even though it was brand new under warrenty. All this and more issue.!!

Honda is a good car but service is as important and no body wants someon to screw up paperfull, probably intentially over 2000$.
Up to you but this is my honest report.- I reported this to Honda as well. Maybe try Curry Honda!
