My Review of Bertera Nissan:
I have dealt with Marlboro Nissan for a long time now and bought my vehicle there, but I live in Shrewsbury and my family lives in Warren, MA so I thought it would be good to have another well known nissan dealership to do business with. So on a trip out to see my mom I made an appointment for a service on my altima. What a mistake that was. I went for a routine 30,000 mile service and that was completed well, but I made the mistake of visiting the sales department while I waited. First I had to walk through a smokers circle of about 8 salespeople joking and talking about things that I would not think of as appropriate work conversation. While I was looking around I was approached by 3 different sales people. They seemed annoyed that I did not want any help and explained I had my car in service. My lease is up next year and I am thinking about getting an altima coupe. But, when I approached one of the sales people that had come out to help me before he just pointed me to the brochures and said he did not have time to go over the options and that I should come back when I'm ready to buy! I have since heard from several other people I know who have had similar experiences at this dealership. But I learned my lesson. A good dealership is a rare find. I won't be "cheating" on my nissan dealer ever again!

My Review of Bertera Nissan:
I just brought home my new 2008 Altima today and I wanted to say that this dealership is the best that I have ever dealt with! From the moment we walked in the door we were never pressured or forced into anything. The car I test drove had a crack in the headlight and Rich assured me that I would get the same car, but without the crack. And Vinny in Finance, didn't make me feel at all pressured by services offered and he as very patient with all of our questions. From the Rich the salesman to Vinny in finance. They are all so wonderful!
