We recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up and the experience was AWESOME! Mike the sales manager was really great at getting our financing together, Our salesman Mr Norris was very friendly,knowledgeable and just genuinely a very nice man who wanted us to feel at home during the process of the purchase. But the really great asset they have here is Sandy Zugg in Customer Service! she went out of her way time and time again for us and even went so far as to hand deliver our vehicle to us at our home in Irivng! I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to but a new or used Dodge vehicle as the people here are outstanding!

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT WHY AN EXPENSIVE PARTS ORDER WAS DELAYED... WAS TOLD BY THE COUNTER BOY " THE GIRL IS OUT TO LUNCH " CALLED BACK AND GOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE.

This is the first in our senior citizen years that I can honestly say purchasing our car here was most pleasant from start to finish.
Our experience, after visiting several other local dealers, was wonderful at bankston, we need to let people know of their excellence.
In the past, it was a nightmare buying a car, but not here! We highly reccomend you go here first!

My Review of Bankston Dodge Superstore Grand Prairie:
I called to set an appointment to bring my car in for service; I was told that I didn’t need to make an appointment just bring the car in. When I arrived that Saturday for service I was told that I would need to make an appointment because they were too busy. I then made an appointment and brought my car in for service. The only problem was that I was now 30 miles over my warranty. I was then told it would cost me for the service to fix a light that went out in my dash. I explained what happened and was told…too bad.
