I wanted to give an update to my February 5,2024 review. Although my opinion of that dealership has not changed much, I have to commend the service manager, Joe Porfilio. He listened to my complaint and instead of just following the Ford representative and the service agent, he did research. He reviewed what was done or not done, agreed with me that there was a misdiagnosis, and poor communication. He then promptly refunded all of the money that was charged to me. Thank you Joe Porfilio for not continuing the gas lighting behavior and helping me! More
I was a supporter of Ford, 40 years owning them, parents owned them, kids etc. I will never purchase another Ford ever! The customer service line at Ford Coporate will side with them stating since each dealership is privately owned they cannot help you with any issue you bring to them. I had my engine light go off, I had the code and it stated clutch B Acuator. I called the service center which is really a rip off person well trained. I asked if they do pick up on the vehicles and they said yes and provided me with their tow company name. Also told me they would not be able to see my car for a week and had no loaners. If you Google the issue I’m talking about,you will see it was a safety recall item. When the car arrived at the service center, Marcos called me and told me I now owe $768 . Had not even looked at my car. After my call with Ford Coporate and Marcos where they simply said they can’t control anything the rip off people do, suddenly within the hour my car was diagnosed and the estimate for repai was $5000! That’s right $5000. I went and paid the rip off money and drove my car home and ordered the part for $29, spent 30 mins installing it and wow, the car is miraculously fixed. Engine light turned off and the car is working perfectly! More

I tried to give them a second chance but they are an absolute rip off. Do not get any service done here as they will upsell you and charge an insane amount. Had relatively easy to fix brake issues about absolute rip off. Do not get any service done here as they will upsell you and charge an insane amount. Had relatively easy to fix brake issues about 4 hours of work. They ended up charging 300/HR for Labor for 4 hours of work. I am all about giving someone fair pay but that is an absolute nightmare. I can no longer justify giving this place business and I would warn anyone else thinking about giving this place a shot. More

went in for an oil change, left on a tow truck without a working engine. car was running perfect when i dropped it off, belching white smoke terribly within 1 mile so I turned around. quick lane advisor w working engine. car was running perfect when i dropped it off, belching white smoke terribly within 1 mile so I turned around. quick lane advisor was embarrassed, told me that was the 4th car from the same tech that day that came back, quick lane manager quickly shut him up, after a week with the service manager, the engine was bad and needed replaced. of course nothing they would have done during a routine oil change could have possibly caused the damage...gas in the oil now all of a sudden!! spoke to several mechanics, and yes Freeway Ford quick lane absolutely destroyed my engine. they overfilled the sump, forcing the excess oil into the top end, thus fouling the plugs causing excess fuel from the injectors, the excess fuel then washed the protective oil from the cylinder walls, piston rings are gone, cylinder walls scratched. Of course they won't admit any fault, they are terrible and have forever lost my business and anyone else i can talk to...I wouldn't ask them to service my kids bicycle More
I purchased a Cargo Van for $53,000 Drove it directly to the gas station to fuel up. The van would not take fuel. It takes over a 1/2 hr to get 1/2 a tank of gas. When I notified the salesman Cody of the the gas station to fuel up. The van would not take fuel. It takes over a 1/2 hr to get 1/2 a tank of gas. When I notified the salesman Cody of the problem he said his service department suck and to go somewhere else and its under warranty. The other dealership said its not under warranty and the fuel inlet hose needs replaced and its $1200.00 to fix. When I asked Cody and Freeway Ford to step up and be responsible in some way. Cody said they are not going to do anything to help fix it. Freeway Ford just buys at auto auctions and then turns around and sells them with no warranty of commitment to their customers. They have no desire to take ownership or responsibility of anything. Once they got your money you are just garbage to them. They should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and Ford should pull their dealership from them. It is all about getting your money and they don't give a crap about you after words. I have a 2014 Ford Focus that stopped working at the beginning of the second week in August. My usual mechanic tells me I need to take it to a dealer, but that the part and repair is under warranty. My first mistake was choosing to bring it to this place. The first employee I met, Nico, told me that it was only one specific code that was covered. It was late so I left it at that for the evening. I did some research on my own that night, and found information which completely refuted what Nico had told me. For reference this is Ford CSP 14M02. I came back with this document in hand, where I spoke with Clay, who once again asserted that it was only one of the 4 listed error codes that qualified for the warranty. He said he would bring in the car to have the codes pulled and let me know after the weekend (this was the next Friday). TWO WEEKS go by and I haven't heard anything, so I call in, only to be told that they haven't even looked at the car yet. It is important to point out that the part needing replacing has a massive backorder on it currently, so it is a really bad look to be further delayed by at least two weeks due to technician incompetence. During the wait, I contacted Ford to see if anything the technicians told me was true. As you can probably guess, no it wasn't. They referred to exactly the same document I had furnished earlier, and confirmed that my vehicle was under warranty if it displayed any of the codes listed. This is going to be a close to $1000 dollar repair without the warranty, and these techs had the nerve to lie to me about the warranty that by rights I am eligible for. More
