I went to check my options at the end of my previous lease and I feel like a got a great deal thanks to their associated Oscar Reyes. I told him what I wanted in my new car and he did all the possible lease and I feel like a got a great deal thanks to their associated Oscar Reyes. Also, after I had to come back to deal with an issue with the old lease company and Oscar went above and beyond, helping me to deal with them. I truly appreciate Oscar's Oscar help and great service. I HAD SERVICE 2 TIMES HERE AND BOTH TIMES DAMAGE TO VEHICLE TO NOT BE TOLD OF SUCH DAMAGE I NOTICED ON MY OWN.....PAST ISSUE WAS TRYING TO GET ANYONE TO HELP WITH THE CONCERN TO FINALLY GET A MANAGER WHO ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS YELL ON THE PHONE AS I WAS THE CUSTOMER WITH THE CONCERN...THERE IS QUITE A FEW PEOPLE WORKING HERE AND AT SOME POINT SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE CONTROL AND MANAGE THIS OPERATION..THE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE AND ALL THE CONCERN FROM THE DEALERSHIP IS THE SURVEY..THEY BEG YOU TO GIVE GOOD GRADES ON THE DEALERSHIP SURVEY!! THERE ARE MANY OTHER DODGE/ JEEP DEALERSHIPS IN THIS AREA PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU AS THE CUSTOMER GETS THE PROPER TREATMENT A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED WITH. Poor service, poor customer service. The worst experience I have ever had two thumbs down. I purchased a gas tank for my pick dodge pick up truck Three months ago. . Never got a courtesy call email or correspondence. so I called the dealership and they could not find or locate the part that I needed. So I then drive all of the way from Virginia to the dealership to get a refund and they did not want to give me my money back cash or check . Did not apologize nor even tried to help me with my situation . No explanation whatsoever I tried to speak to the head of the department as well as manager everyone refused to speak to me. I asked when I would get my money back they told me they don’t know . They will get back to me when they can . Do not do business with this dealership they are crooks More
I'm not happy at all.We purchased a 2020 Jeep renegade I'm not happy at all. We purchased a 2020 Jeep renegade brand new and we have been told by many people that we were over charged for the vehicle as I'm not happy at all. We purchased a 2020 Jeep renegade brand new and we have been told by many people that we were over charged for the vehicle as it was a base model and not the trail hawk. Also, the 2020 Jeep renegade had tires that weren't right and they had shifting belts. We weren't even allowed to test drive the vehicle before purchase because of Covid-19 at the time. That day we noticed the alignment was off and a few weeks later we noticed a slight bulge in one of the tires sidewall. They started showing signs after a little while of driving that the tire had a shifted belt. We had figured out that all 4 tires had the same issues as the other 3 has that same tiny little line and started getting more noticeable as we drove the vehicle. We go back to the dealer as the vehicle is not even a month old and Shawn Warner scheduled an appointment over a month later and wouldn't or couldn't go any sooner so we had to wait with bad tires. Finally we get an appointment, Shawn Warner and his shop guy said "Your tires are bad we cannot align your wheels" and we said "We know this appointment was to replace them" so they wanted us to pay over $500 dollars for new tires and after arguing and everything else over the course of 2 weeks, Kelly Mckenna finally agreed to sell us 4 new tires that "Have a warranty". My problem is, how come the "New tires" that came with the "Brand new car" didn't have a warranty? Also Kelly Mckenna, gave us a deal that when we buy 3 at original price we get one free and no mounting costs but the day we went there we had to argue and ham and hall as Shawn Warner charged us for all 4 and we finally made a big stink about it in the office until finally Kelly Mckenna honored that but still didn't honor the free mounting. Now they wont even honor the tire warranty as one of the new tires have an issue now. I legit instructed my best friend to go to Gary Barbera because "Barbera Cares" and even goes around and saying that same thing but those people in his office all were complete and total xxxxxxxx and cannot keep they,re word for anything. Not one person wants to work with a single mother or even help. That place was disgusting. More
