Nice people,if you buy a car from there. Worst if you need repairs. My vehicle has been waiting for parts since August 2021. They get part. Then tell me, I need a new $6000 transmission, allo Worst if you need repairs. My vehicle has been waiting for parts since August 2021. They get part. Then tell me, I need a new $6000 transmission, allowed my battery to go dead on their lot. I had to use warranty to replace a 1 year old battery. They knew that, they were supposed to put Transmission in my car They knew I expected them to get transmission replaced.Yet they didn't bother to hear me when I signed papers for them to do repairs and now, I am going on another list for transmission to be put in, because of the UAW STRIKE.That I am sure they knew that before I did... How do they expect a new customer, to feel.When they will change their policies to, Something I was never informed of. They seem to be very nice people. I just NEED,My car fixed. And I say they dropped the ball big time. I need a better explanation than the run around I have received. They knew I would pay them whatever the cost. I kept in touch with them to reassure them I would be getting the money. Now after a little over 3 months after wait on part. I have the money and their Transmission Specialist is one of the best in Danville. I'm not trying to be ungrateful... I just want my car fixed. ASAP. JUST BECAUSE WE'RE ON SS, , I don't know. Either way This has to be the most ridiculous situation with getting a car repaired!!!!My main Question is why didn't you order the Transmission, when you knew, You were my only hope of getting back on the road. More
