I think the correct term is bait and switch. I cannot find the words to express how unhappy i am and the threatening behavior of their so-called management. I can only hope that someone reads this and finds a better place to be. Or better yet the owner read this and teach the sales force manners and customer service.

JOE GIORDANO (AKA STEVE) IS A 2 FACE LYING CHEATER. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CO-SIGNER ON A CAR FROM HIM AND HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS STEVE THE WHOLE TIME. HE TOLD ME ALL ABOUT HOW HE HAS AN OPEN-END MARRAGE AND JOKED ABOUT HUNTING. I THINK HE IS OK, BUT WEIRD. BUT HE PLAYS THE CHARMING GAME (WHILE CALLING HIMSELF STEVE THE ENTIRE TIME). HE EVEN CAME TO MY JOB TO MAKE ME SIGN BLANK PAPERS. HE TOLD ME THAT THE PERSON WHO IT WAS FOR WOULD SIGN THEIR PORTION LATER. NOW, ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER I GET MY PAPERWORK IN THE MAIL AND THE NUMBERS WERE ABOUT $7000 OFF AND IT WAS TOTALLY IN MY NAME ALONE!!! I CALLED THERE AND HE HAS THE NERVE TO YELL AND SCREAM AT ME SAYING I SHOULD READ WHAT I SIGNED! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JOSEPH JIORDANO'S FAT ASS IS IN JAIL! DONT TRUST THIS DEALER. THEY ARE NO-TALENT THEIVES, PERIOD! IF THEY HAVE CHILDREN, I HOPE THEY DONT LOOK UP TO THEM.. ITS JUST TERRIBLE. GOD HAS A PLAN FOR PEOPLE LIKE HIM! ED

THIS GROUP IS THE MOST DECEPTIVE, THEIVING, WANNA BE DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER KNOW. NOT ONLY DO THEY HIJACK DOWN PAYMENTS OF WHICH I LOST THOUSANDS, THEY LIE, CHEAT AND MANIPULATE T GET YOUR MONEY. I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF FOR MY CAR EQUIPMENT, PAYMENTS, fraud, YOU NAME IT. IN MY OPINION, STAY AWAY FORM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I came to purchase a used car and they were considerably more expensive than other dealers who had the same cars...and the salesmen are very pushy for sales!!! Many of the cars are "dent and scratched"

Whatever you do....STOP!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY>>>THEY ARE OVERPRICED>>>RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATES>>>cars are damaged.........+ they dont value your business after sale is completed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this dealer ripped off my father just because he wasn't fluent in speaking english. this dealer took advantage of a little old man and i had to take a day off of work the next day to go and bark on them. they are liars, cheats and losers. i can't understand why this dealership hasn't been burn down yet by an angry consumer. if you decide to buy a car from this dealership, i suggest you have ready a few extra thousand of dollars because they will con it out of you.
