All right this was my 2nd dealer visited and again to no surprise they did not let us down perhaps the most aggravating of all visits i have had in a long time and i was just waiting in the car. My wife goes and and asked about a 2008 sebring we were told that it had just been sold " Darn must have had an idiot jacket on ) they then tell us that we have credit issues but they would be happy to put us in a 2005 2005 toyota POS for only 17000 now i had luckily checked this car out and knew that blue book was at excellent condition 13000 but the fun does not end there the first thing we do is put a 200 deposit and stated we would have to check the Blue Book value and come back, well first thing on bill is the 17000 second thing on bill is 1000 dealer prep and 3 item was wanna guess i know you do... ok then i will tell you a 500 delivery charge on a 4yr old car, at that point i asked about a copy of the lemon law and for documentation on the 1500 extra that was there even prior to checking out the vehicle. Get ready for this we never made it to the manager or finance for obvious reasons but the best answer got from what i assume was the manager "well if they are gonna be that ignorant who are we to stop them" We need to fight ppl like this especially when they see you have a family and they still go for every penny you have read your paperwork and use the above information to fight back only way to have things change.

purely bait and switch... all "internet specials" are never AVAILABLE.I dealt with the freeport ny location. I got no straight answers and wasted a day to get the run around. In the end I look forward to helping others not make the mistake i did as well as stop two of my friends from going there to purchase.

A car was purchased through this dealer thinking the price was 370 when the first bill arrived owed amount 820. Still waiting for a refund on a deposit. The worse dealership on Long Island. Would not recommend to anyone. SHAME ON YOU!

I bought a car from them at an agreed price of $33,300. The first finance bill came and said a purchase price of $36,300 and they had forged my signature on the certificate of sale. They have also not returned the $3000 they said they would if I cancelled the warranty and it's been 5 months. They've stopped responding to my calls. They don't seem to have intentions of returning any of the money that is rightfully mine. But I will see who wins...

Good overall experience . These folks kept it real . I was working with a tight budget and they found a way to get me a nice car at a price I can afford . I've already sent in a friend who had a good experience also .

After deal was made and arrangements were complete, it was time for the signing. Finance docs were made out for $12,000 more than agreed! After I also objected to the more than $100 per month warranty they wanted to sell me, they contrived a misunderstanding about the selling price and tried to start dealing all over again. Then they wouldn't let me walk out with my cash deposit stating it was against their policy. I will be getting my cash later today or filing charges. Don't give them a cent until you see all the documents and figure your payment. Better yet, just deal with a different company altogether.

Purchased a vehichle and they do not honor their returns...very dissatisfied with lack of customer service and theft... (Consumers be VERY CAREFUL !!!) They mark up their prices very high on the vehicles and give you next to nothing on trade in... leading to negative equity...

they charged me ten thousand dollars more then agreed on and recieved a check from the finance company for 24,999 on a car priced at 17999 and a trade in of 3000. They gave me a bs story that the bank wanted all the intrest up front. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone. I am still trying to get my money back.
