My Review of Baron Auto Mall Inc:
I would normally not take the time out to write a review about anyone but I have to take the time out to write what a GREAT experience I had at Baron Automall. The minute I walked in and was greeted by Kenny he made me feel so comfortable by truley listening to my wants and needs. He made me feel like he knew me forever. I definatley drove him crazy but he stayed with me the whole time and really did a great job explaining everything to me. After finding the 2008 Ford F150 I absolutley love I then met the manager Joe who was soooo accommodating in every aspect of the finance agreement also explaining everything over and over until I was perfectly clear on everything making me feel so comfortable with my purchase. I can't believe how far and above these guys went to make my experience so RELAXING and GREAT. I wish there was more I can do to show these guys how great they were but I figured by writing a review on here and sending as many people as I can there is the best way. If your in need of an automobile definatley without a doubt go there. Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!!!!Gregory Pianne

My Review of Baron Auto Mall Inc:
Was sold a vehicle with many mechanical problems and was overcharged. They promised to give us another vehicle but it's been 4 weeks and still have not received anything. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, they have by far been the worst ive had an experience with. We now have to get a lawyer to help with this purchase.

I read a lot of bad things about baron, but I don't know why. They are really nice and have a good selection. I was going to buy a used Maxima from a private seller, but had second thoughts. I went to a few dealerships but none of them had Maxima's in my price range and that was what I wanted. I was told to try baron because they have alot of used cars but after readign reviews I was worried because most were bad. I still went to see ofr myself and I am surprised. They had what I wanted and worked out a deal with me so I could afford the payments. i love my Maxima and I'm glad I went there.

This place is terrible.Felt much pressure on purchasing.Then they lied to me about a second key being in the mail,it will now cost me $250.to buy a second key.Also lots of scratches on the car was told to bring it back on Monday(bought the car on Saturday)that was 5 weeks ago still not detailed and was told today they are not going to do anything for me.Also sold me the car with 2 bad tires on the front.DO NOT DEAL WITH VERY BAD DEALERSHIP!!!!!

purely bait and switch... all "internet specials" are never AVAILABLE.I dealt with the freeport ny location. I got no straight answers and wasted a day to get the run around. In the end I look forward to helping others not make the mistake i did as well as stop two of my friends from going there to purchase.

A car was purchased through this dealer thinking the price was 370 when the first bill arrived owed amount 820. Still waiting for a refund on a deposit. The worse dealership on Long Island. Would not recommend to anyone. SHAME ON YOU!

I bought a car from them at an agreed price of $33,300. The first finance bill came and said a purchase price of $36,300 and they had forged my signature on the certificate of sale. They have also not returned the $3000 they said they would if I cancelled the warranty and it's been 5 months. They've stopped responding to my calls. They don't seem to have intentions of returning any of the money that is rightfully mine. But I will see who wins...

Good overall experience . These folks kept it real . I was working with a tight budget and they found a way to get me a nice car at a price I can afford . I've already sent in a friend who had a good experience also .
