My Review of Barrier Audi:
Barrier does not stand behind it's own Warranty--when my engine blew up after less than a year on a Barrier Certified car, they refused to help even though there was a Technical Service Bulletin about engine oil sludge buildup on the 1.8T, which is what eventually made my engine blow. My car was in the shop at Barrier a total of 52 days in one year and as it turns out, Barrier did not follow Audi USA Technical service bulletin when they sold me the car--they should have put synthetic oil in it BEFORE I ever bought it, and it never would have continued with it's sludge problem.

My Review of Barrier Audi:
I was very impressed with my entire experience. I actually bought a Toyota RAV 4 from them. Even though it wasn't their car (AUDI), they treated me with respect. I wasn't pressured, they were open, honest, and worked out a deal with me. And then after I bought the car I had it inspected. All that was wrong is it needed a transmission fluid flush, oil change and new air filter. I went back and the used car manager told the service people to take care of it and they did it all at no charge. I have bought cars at other dealers before and honestly this was the best experience ever! When I can afford an Audi, I'll definately be back.
