My Review of Basil Toyota:
Car was not ready for delivery (missing spare key, spare fob, owner's manual). Not all paperwork provided. Took over an hour to be received even with appointment because salesman bumped another client ahead in line. Car had summer tires in mid-winter and they didn't give a warning (quite a surprise when car lost control). I am all in favor of capitalism and a dealership trying to make the best deal possible, but I discourage anyone from buying from a dealership that places profit ahead of your safety. "Buyer beware" takes on a whole new meaning when dealing with Basil: Beware - your safety means nothing. I paid extra to have the car certified which means nothing since I will have little opportunity to drive the car before 3 month warranty expires.
