My Review of Baum Boulevard Dodge Inc:
My son's jeep broke down 90 miles away from my house. It was towed to Baum Boulevard Dodge. I had to work with Henry the service manager over the phone to get everything taken care of. Mind you I was quite anxious about the whole situation. Henry was extremely polite and helpful to me and took great care of me and my jeep. He worked with me to make sure I was able to pick it up at my convenience. And the jeep works!<br><br>

My Review of Baum Boulevard Dodge Inc:
I had a vehicle repaired after the car was hit while parked. Several months later the molding on the door fell off. I returned to the shop and asked them to repair it. The repair had a lifetime guarantee from the shop and the insurance company. The manager was very rude to me. He lied about the parts needed for the repair by saying they were not individually available. I found the parts on a Subaru parts website. He also told me that the car had been struck, even tough there was NO damage evident anywhere. I called the insurance company and they sent a representative to look at the car. He agreed with me and paid to have the car repaired at another shop.<br> When I asked to speak to the dealer's general manager, I was repeatedly told he was not available.
