Since I'm halfway through college, my dad agreed to buy me my first car. We looked on autotrader.com and came across a 2006 Dodge Caliber in Bay Ridge. I fell in love with the car instantaneously! The initial price seemed pretty good but my dad said he would be able to talk down the dealer (he came because he said I wouldn't get a good price if I went alone... which turned out to be true!). We met with a salesman named Lionel and he was honestly not what I expected in a used car dealer. He was very nice and respectful to both my father and myself and helped to make my first car buying experience even more rewarding. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good prices and customer service !

I stopped in looking for a used car and was immediately greeted by a salesman named Rick. He was very helpful and went out of his way to look for a car that specifically fit my needs. He took his time and did not pressure me which made my experience easy and enjoyable. I did not expect that when I went in to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised.
I would recommend Rick and this dealership to anyone I know for either a new or used car.

I own a Jeep purchased in another State in 2006. I was rushing from New York to New England on 12/23 for the Holidays and got a flat tire on the BQE. The Jeep dealer in Bayridge was nearby so I went there. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The sales people were very friendly and inviting and showed me the service entrance. The service staff was also great, especially Rene Lozano. He was very busy with many service slips and everyone calling to get their car for the holidays. He accomodated me and worked with the manager in the garage to get my car in (I don't know his name but he was also very nice). I wanted him to just change the tire so I could be on my way, but he suggested that they at least look and see if they could fix it so I would be safe on my long trip. In no time, my car was ready with the tire fixed! I appreciate not being sold a new tire (other service dealers try and upsell, especially with women). One of the sales people even made sure I had my seatbelt on before I drove off...and everyone wished me a Merry Christmas! Sounds too good to be true in this day and age! I will definitely bring my Jeep to Bayridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge for service again, and will recommend it to my friends and coworkers!Thanks again - Laurissa

I came in to buy a Sprinter for my business. When arriving I was greeted by Amanda who was very nice. When I met David I could tell he was a professional and felt comfortable immediately. He was able to help select the right vehicle for me and answer all my questions. He took me around to meet the service manager and that made me feel important. The visit was everything I had hoped for.I plan on buying within the next month.

As a single female vehicle owner it can sometimes feel intimitated going into a dealership. I have dealt with bay ridge/chrysler for four years since I purchased my van. Everytime I go in I feel as if they are given me superior service. From the time the attendant charts what is wrong with my vehicle to the spacious lounge area with free coffee and a big screen T.V. I feel relaxed and at ease. The times I have went to get my car serviced I do not feel rushed when I have questions about my vehicle and the service that will be performed. The service advisor always keeps me inform on the status of my vehicle, especially when it is left for a few days. I rate this dealership as being friedly and informative to its customers new and old.

My Review of Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
I had just been ticketed for expired inspection sticker on my vehicle. Because of this oversight, i needed to get the vehicle reinspected pronto to avoid another expensive ticket. Since i reside in the catchment area, i went to the service department for help. They quickly introduced me to the service manager, Mike, who upon hearing my sit uation quickly directed that my vehicle be taken in for inspection work. I waited in the customer waiting area worried that it will take more time than i had to complete my car, but to my surprise, the inspection was done within a short period.
My overall experience was positive and the people were friendly.
Lest I forget,while i waited, i was served a nice hot cup of coffee.
Thanks guys and i am definitely going to recommend you to my friends and family.

My car did not start. Chrysler towed my car to the Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department without any problem. Even though business was busy, The representative (Keith) was friendly and helpful to me. My car took two weeks before it was fixed, but it came back in good working order. I would recommend using their service again.

Today I went to bay ridge jeep dealership and was amazed at the quailty of service I recieved. I had a 10:30 a.m app for an oil change and I was out of the dealership in under an hour with my car serviced. I would highly recommend this dealership for you next purchase.
