Mohamed was very friendly and thorough in explaining the features of each car, as well as comparing and contrasting various models. He spent a long time with us even after the purchase was finalized showing us exactly how the car's electronic features work.

Mustafa and the finance department worked together to get us an excellent financing plan.

I had a great experience at Bayridge toyota this is my 3rd toyota I get with toyota. The sales associate Jerry Rosario was wonderful went over and beyond to help me picking the right car and price for me, he kept in touch with me to make sure i was happy with what was goibg on. Jerry was hounest with me and kept it real the whole time, did not waste my time which i Like. I give him 10 stars. Well done Jerry. I would recommend toyota and Jerry to any if my family and friends.

Ali was wonderful, and from the moment we meet him, he has been honest and courteous to us. he was straight forward and he went out of his way to assist me finance the car due to the fact that i have poor credit. i purchased a brand new 2013 camry se. i love it. i was a little skeptical about buying a car from a dealership but my first experience was @ Bay ridge Toyota and Ali and Geroge made sure that that is was a wonderful one. i would recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for honesty and bias-free purchase. by mohammad hyat

My Review Of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:

This is the first car I've leased in over 5 years and I was actually dreading walking into the dealership, knowing the typical car sales regimen facing me. My goal was to take a look at the Toyota hybrid lines to understand the various models and the value that it would give me and get out...Fast. I hadn't made an appointment and the people that were up front were very friendly and linked me up with Ali Naqi as the person I would work with. He came out from the back promptly. Ali gladly took the time to explain the differences in various models, the 4 different Prius models, the new RAV 4, the Camry and we didn't discuss the Avalon, because I mentioned that I wanted a small to mid size car. Ali, put me at ease from the get go. He explained the variations in the different models, how the hybrids and electric vehicles work and some of the differences in comparison to gas powered cars. We discussed gas mileage, power, comfort and all the bells and whistles in the variations of each model. We even discussed a few of the competitive models, and Ali was very objective but also admitted to having a bias toward the Toyota's and elaborated on why. He helped me come to the conclusion that the Prius V was probably the car that made the most sense. It fits 5 people, has ample leg, head room and cargo space, yet still gets above 40 mpg. So, off we went to test drive the model that was in stock. He was patient and went through all the bells and whistles and all the quirks that are different in driving a hybrid vehicle. So, we sat down and went through a very reasonable negotiation process, which I felt was an equitable solution for both of us. In other words, he made me feel happy as a customer. I just drove the car home last night and he already called me in the morning to help me get an appointment to get the lojack installed. I felt it was not the typical high pressure sale and I felt that there was more of a partnership in guiding me to the right vehicle. I walked out of Toyota that evening with a deposit on the Prius V that I test drove. I would highly recommend Ali Naqi as THE Toyota representative to work with. Should any of my friends be looking into a new car, I will absolutely send them to Bay Ridge Toyota and I will direct them to work with Ali. And the next time I'm in need of a car, I will certainly be looking up Ali.

Also, I would like to give kudos to George Bakkou, the finance person from Toyota. He and Ali were very helpful guiding me through the options available for the car and explaining what they meant and where the value was in terms of leasing vs. buying. Plus George is a "good Greek guy" (I'm Greek).

If I was giving them school grades, they would each get an A+ in my book.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:

The service provided to me by Raza Bokhari, or Raz as I came to call him, was absolutely the bet service I have received throughout my life. Buying a car is a huge expense and not something to be taken lightly, but Raz helped me in such a manner that all my worries had disappeared. I knew this was someone who not only cared about his job and company but also actually cared about me. I gladly bought a sienna on my first visit with Raz. I am probably the most indecisive person in the world but Raz was very polite and patient and helped me get through the decision making process and paper work. I had such a great experience I decided to actually come back to Raz every time I had a question or any other purchase I might want to make. I kept in touch with Raz and was always received with a warm welcome, whether on the phone or in person. I honestly think Raz is the ideal salesman, because obviously he cares a lot for his customers but in the end he is constantly focused on his company's best interests. I moved shortly after making my purchase to Connecticut. Living there, my wife and I decided we had to get a second car as the sienna is not ideal economically for constant driving around. I wanted to buy a second car but was lost as to which one would be best for us. I contacted Raz again and was willing to go all the way back to bay ridge to make my purchase. I don't know what I was thinking making that long trip and my wife tried telling me to go to a local dealership but I knew I could never deal with a different salesman again, or rather a different salesman couldn't deal with me. I went to Raz and again received the best service I have ever gotten maybe even better than the first time. I was able to make a second purchase of a corolla, and I couldn't be happier. Raz truly made my visit worth it and I now know I wouldn't go to any other dealership or salesman other than Raz. Even if I move to Canada or California, I probably will find my way back to Bay ridge.

After sandy had taken its course and destroyed my car, I walked in to the bayridge toyota dealership and u was greeted immediately by Raza. He was very attentive towards me and his knowledge about the cars was phenomenal. He is truly a man of work ethics and moral values. I usually test everyone with the level of their patience by asking irrelevant questions but Raza is a very patient man truly the meaning of " patience is a virtue"

Miguel has been so helpful. Leased a corolla last month with my dad and came back today to purchase a new camry. He spent 2-3 hours with me calling various insurance companies to help find the best deal. He didnt have to, but he didnt think twice and stayed late with me for that. He explained payment opltions and was very patient while I crunched numbers. He enjoys his job and it shows. Im more of a honda man, but getting to know Miguel (hes hilarious btw), ill know ill have a pleasant experience when I return.

My Review Of Bay Ridge Toyota/Scion:

After my Honda broke down on me, i was reluctant to buy another car. I couldnt decide for so many reasons. i was browsing the web, reading a lot on different models and lender available since i wanted a decent car but at a reasonable price. i stopped at major world first during my journey, expecting to come out with a good deal. however when i got here i didnt like the setting and i felt these people were not providing me with enough information. The pressure was remarkable because they asked me for my driver licence and my pay sub first thing when i entered the door, then minutes later they told me that i couldnt get the car that i wanted and as soon as the sale person told me that he ran through the door to attend to another consumer . Of course not, because my credit is low but i have a cosigner. dah. Two weeks had passed and i was still browsing. i always felt like bay ridge was gonna snap my neck with a high priced vehicle however the night before i browse their websites and acquired about a car i liked. i closed the browser thinking it was a dead end. the next day Emma woke me up with a phone call. i was chocked that they got the message so quick and fixed me up with an appointment. long story short, she introduced me to the best sale person ever, Lester Jones, who HOOKED ME UP with a 2012 camry the one i saw the night before at the best price ever considering the price they asked for camry s in general. After i came out the door, driving my camry with my plates and registration done i felt like i made the best purchase and i wasnt thinking about the bill bc as i told you before Lester HOOKED ME UP. The staff was very friendly even after they saw my credit score :). if you buy your car from Lester, i must tell you that when it s time to pick up your car you ll be considered as a friend because you ll know everybody from the establishment and they are willing to work with you. Best experience ever, it felt like buying a Louis Vuitton bag with 50% off.
