My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota :
After visiting a couple of dealers in my area, I went to Bay Ridge Toyota. In this place, nobody cares to sell a car, but in that place, I found Tony Chan. This guy is the only one who really cared. He helped me buy a car from A to Z. If you visit this dealership, I recommend you ask to talk to Tony Chan!! He's honest, friendly, and has great customer service. He's your guy in Bay Ridge Toyota.

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota :
I am very surprised at such a reputable company to have such poor customer service skills. When you call expect to be on hold from anywhere between 20-40minutes just to be able to speak to someone. They express to all their customers how they specialize in service of your toyota for at least 2yrs, I have been trying to get my car serviced for the first time for 1 months now.
I would never recommend them to anyone of your freinds, after they sell you a vehicle they have no concern in anything else.
THEY ARE NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL!!!!!!!!

My Review of Bay Ridge Toyota :
After stripping a bolt in trying to remove an idler pulley on my 01 Toyota Corolla, the dealership has said any damage done to the engine in trying to remove the bolt will be my responsibility. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the treatment, attitude and performance of everyone at this dealership.
