My Review of Bay Ridge Volkswagon Audi:
Got stuck on belt pkwy due to some type of electrical cut out - car just went daed after alternator light went on short while prior. Got towed to Life. They were able to accomodate me with car to get home. Next day got report that alternator was shot and battery was original and might therefore be weakened due to stress related from alternator burnout. Customer service was friendly and very on top of things, especially with phone calls. Actually gave me two options on Audi remanufactured or Audi new alternators. Went with new since price was only 100 diff. Would recommend this audi dealership. Work place was clean and one can speak w/technician who is working on car. This is very valuable and rear since most customer service people know little about car and their repairs.
