My Review of Beck Toyota Scion:
Thank you for providing excellent customer service during my recent visits to Beck Toyota. I really appreciated Mr. Dossett staying late on a Friday night in order to show and let me test drive a used Toyota Tundra that I had seen advertised on AutoTrader.com.

Mr. Dossett was very friendly and courteous, and he was even familiar with the company I work for, Toyota Tsusho.

There were some very noticeable scratches on the truck's tailgate, so I asked Mr. Dossett if he could reduce the asking price. He was able to do so, and the money I saved was used to get the tailgate repainted.

The only catagory that I didn't rate as "great" was quality of work. I noticed excess car polish on the truck body during the walk-around inspection. The polish initially looked like scratches, but I was able to rub it off with my finger. Not a big deal, but I'm somewhat particular about paint as I used to work in TMMI's paint shop.

Overall, I had a great experience at Beck Toyota and would recommend the dealership to others.

Wendell was very good at explaining things to me (i.e., financing). My overall experience was excellent -- actually the best experience I've had when buying a vehicle!

I don't remember the name of the other gentleman that was helping us (a finance guy) but he was also every helpful!

My Review of Beck Toyota Scion:
I called Wendell on Wednesday evening regarding a used vehicle I had seen on the website. I explained to him my exact expectations of what I type of vehicle I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. Wendell immediately told me that the original vehicle I was looking may or may not fit into my parameters, he did just receive a vehicle in that afternoon, that was in impeccable shape and would fit into what I was willing to pay. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning, in which Wendell showed me the vehicle, I test drove it, then came back and made the purchase. My new Ford Windstar van was exactly as Wendell had explained to me on the phone. Including Wendell, every person that I came into contact with during my time at Beck Toyota, was extremely polite and a pleasure to meet. They also acknowledged my daughter who was with me. If either myself, my family or my friends are ever in need of a used car, I will not hesitate to send them to Beck Toyota.

The reason why we gave the Great rating to Wendell as our salesperson was because there was not a check box for a superior rating. Wendell took care of all of our needs from the moment of our very first phone call to Beck Toyota. We have absolutely no complaints about the service we received from Wendell and we would highly recommend Beck Toyota and Wendell Dossett to others. In addition, my husband and I agree if in the future we are looking for another Toyota, we will do it via the internet and ask Wendell to be our salesperson. Oh yes, we love our new used Toyota Tacoma! Need I say more.........

My Review of Beck Toyota Scion:
Visited during Cash for Clunkers...traded in a 86' Ford Bronco II for a 2010 Camry XLE. I was not happy with the dealer's limited terms on CfC, but found that it was the same all over, so no foul there. Adam (my sales guy) was very friendly and answered all of my questions well. Waiting for the finance office was VERY frustrating, but the line was fair and salesguy got me McD's while I waited at his expense. No service experience as yet. However, I will say that sales-wise I am more than pleased and would recommend to others.

I had a bad experience at another dealership ended up going to Beck and was just treated wonderfully!! My salesperson was wonderful, everyone I had came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Best experience buying a car I ever had!! I will recommend Beck to everyone!!

My Review of Beck Toyota Scion:
I felt very comfortable buying from Beck Toyota. I was not pressured and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I got a great price on a very clean used vehicle. The vehicle was in much better shape than most similar vehicles I had been looking at. I am a very particular buyer and I was very confident in the vehicle I purchased from Beck. The entire transaction went very smoothly and overall, I was very pleased. My family and I have made great use already of our new vehicle and we will absolutely give consideration to Beck Toyota again when it comes time to buy our next vehicle.

It was a superb experience all around.

Wendall was very helpful and friendly. We feel we received a great deal on the Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck that we purchased and we hope we get as good a deal on the Prius which we are buying. The showroom was very clean and everyone we encountered was very friendly and eager to help. We definitely will recommend Beck Toyota to our friends who might be looking for a new or used vehicle.

My Review of Beck Toyota Scion:
This was by far my best encoutner with a dealership. I had been searching for a used vehicle for several months. Ever place that I visited prior to Beck Toyota was rude and acted like they didn't need my buisness. That was not the case when I pulled into Beck's used car lot. Sales man Jesse Spears met me as soon as I got out of my car, smiling shaking my hand, talking to me. He listened to want I was looking for, listened to the price range I wanted. He took what I said and showed me one or two more cars that I might have been interested by what I had told him so I would have options, but never pushed for one vehicle over the other. They let me choose. Once I selected the car I was really interested in he went above and beyond to make sure that I would get the vehilce I wanted and the payments where i wanted them. While I was getting the paperwork taken care of The Used Car manager came in and greeted me, talking to me like a person, actually talking to me not to just to get my buissness, but to make me feel more comfertable. These guys were very polite, answered ever question I had and asnwered some that I need to know that I didn't ask. Very Helpful. Not to mention every other sales man I saw and over heard were the same with there other customers. I will be coming back to this Dealership for future bussiness, along with recomemding anyone one I know to go visit Beck Toyota for there buissness as well. By far the best experience I have ever had!
