My Review of Bellevue Lincoln Mercury:
I was at Lincoln Mercury of Bellevue today as a matter of fact after getting a call from one of their "dedicated local loan advisors". I had an ok experiance last year when I bought a honda from them but even that trip was a bit of a nightmare with them not having the cars they had told me where available.
This dealing with them was even worse, after taking a day off work and taking a 2 hour drive over there (that is after talking to them 2 days before and being told everything was setup and it was a go)I found NOTHING was going anywhere fast. First I was told over the phone that they had worked it out so I was approved with no money down when I got there they not only needed a co signer but also a down payment. I was told that this "dedicated Local Loan Advisor", who will remain nameless, had called the day before to let me know things had changed but there was NO messages on ANY of the 3 numbers I have and no record on the caller id (Hmm yet another lie to my face?)
I do not recomend ANYONE bother to even stop at this dealership. Not only will you not get the payments, car or price that you talked about but they have no problem telling you lies just to get you there. They will even lie about the cars they have to get you in the door. Sales staff knows less than nothing about the cars. For them it's just money for you it's your money and transportation. Car Shopper's BEWARE!
