My Review of Beltway Toyota:
I had a great experience at this dealership. There is a young girl names Ashley that I worked with and she was so nice to us. My family and I came in very late, just before the place was about to close, and she didn't mind staying late to help us out. I think we got the best deal from there. And I really like how she had snacks for us and movies for us to watch. That was a nice touch. Needless to say, I would recommend Beltway Toyota to others. At least, I would recommend Ashley because I didn't see anybody else get snacks from their sales people. But everybody was nice.

I sent in an internet lead and recieved and answer within 15 minuts and when I came to pick up the car everything was as I was told. The whole staff was friendly and made us feel as part of the family. I would recommend everyone I know to see Andy at Beltway Toyota.

Worst experience buying a car in my life. Shady transaction when it came to my trade in... and 2 months later they call me back to tell me I have to pay taxes on my trade in, when they assured me at sale that I would not. Definately avoid buying a vehicle, as their carelessness, unprofessionalism, and lack of attention to detail will ultimately lead you to trouble.

MILITARY BEWARE, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH TROOPS COMING FROM OVERSEAS... DON'T GET SUCKERED LIKE I DID!

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
Had squealing rear brake pads replaced on 2004 Sienna. Service writer first tried to inform me that the rotors had to be turned for a fee of $199. Informed him that he needed to check with his manager about why they would try to charge for a warranty claim. When I picked it up, there was no charge for the resurfacing. Their shuttle service is much better than other dealers in the area (namely the Chevy dealership 1/2 mi away). I would use them again since they are close to my work.
