Employee(s) Dealt With: Michael Dahn

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
It is my very first car buying experience and my impression is no rush and no push, of the Beltway Toyota, in particular, Mr. Michael Dahn of the Internet Sales Department. Having requested for price quote of a new 2010 RAV4 from several dealers, I compared not only the price, but also the reputation of the dealers. Given the reasonable and candid price that Mr. Michael Dahn gave me as well as the trustworthiness of Beltway Toyota, I went there on a rainy day. After a warm greeting, Michael asked why I would like to buy a four wheel drive model and according to my answers, he suggested my considering the two wheel drive model, which would be more practical and economy for me. When I insisted buying the four wheel drive, Michael respected my own choice and ordered the vehicle for me. There was no protracted negotiation on price. Acturally, the price Michael gave me was very fair and competitive. On the next day, Michael called me to pick up my RAV4 after his thorough check-up for the vehicle and explained key features for the new model. Within 45 minutes, I was able to drive the RAV4 back home! Eventhough I did not mention the finance department in my comments above, I believe you could imagine what a powerful finance department is backing the sales department, which contributed to the overall efficiency of the Beltway Toyota.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Michael Dahn

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
My buying experience at Beltway Toyota was phenomenal!! I received an immediate response from Michael Dahn, their internet sales rep, to my online inquiry. Mike quoted me a very reasonable price for the purchase of a new 2010 Prius (about $900 under the MSRP). He ordered the car I wanted right away and I received the exact car that I ordered. My purchase included a trade in of a used Camry Hybrid and Beltway gave us a very fair trade-in price. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Beltway and couldn't be happier with their customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Sandra Mejia, Ron Woods

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
Both Sandra and Ron were outstanding people to work with. I truely appreciated how Sandra never pressured me into making a decision. She didn't hound me like the typical stereotype car sales personnel that I've dealt with in the past. When we arrived at the dealer, we asked to look at a couple different cars. She gave us the keys, and stood back and let us check everything out for ourselves, but was readily available if we had any questions. She was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles were were looking at and made both me and my husband feel very comfortable. Ron was also outstanding to work with. He was very laid back and extremely friendly, and got all the paperwork completed faster than I've ever seen! Ron was also very knowledgeable about all the extras that were available for purchase (Gap insurance, extended warranty, etc.) and didn't try to pressure us into buying extra options when we said no. He was very patient in explaining different options to me when I didn't fully understand. Overall, this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had in my life. The people and the service was so outstanding, I can't put it into words. I would definately return to Beltway Toyota any day of the week, and would definately recommend this dealer to my friends and family. They were OUTSTANDING!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Mike Dahn

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
Mike Dahn, the internet sales manager, was the perfect salesperson. He responded quickly to all my inquiries with his best price. There were no gimmicks, no sales pitch, just honestly and knowledge. His pricing was fantastic and then he went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted at the same low price. All along the way he was pleasant to deal with, and the transaction was completely stress free. Mike offers exceptional customer service and I would highly rec'd to any buying a car to go see him at Beltway Toyota.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Michael Dahn & Ron Woods

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
I had a very good experience at Beltway Toyota. I used to work at a non-traditional dealership, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleased. The staff was very friendly, and weren't pushy. No one tried to pressure me to buy extra stuff I didn't want, which is a plus in my book. I also love that fact that it was only about two hours before I was driving out of there in my new car (note: I took care of some things over the phone before my arrival). I will definitely refer people to Beltway Toyota. I love my new Scion TC!! Thanks Michael & Ron!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Andy Moore, James Butler, Ron Woods

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
My sweetheart was driving by Beltway Toyota about 6 months ago and spoke with Andy Moore about a Toyota minivan. We were considering a Sienna or a Honda Odyssey so we were doing comparison shopping. Andy was not pushy in any way and he was really nice each and every time we spoke with him. My sweetheart was impressed with his sincere and honest approach in providing her with answers to all questions. I did not meet Andy until the evening that we actually purchased the 2009 Sienna. Andy is very likeable and did his best to make us comfortable. He brought us sodas while we waited for the vehicle to be prepared for final sale. Andy had moved up the corporate ladder so he was no longer a salesman when we decided to purchase the vehicle so he assigned a very knowledgeable sales representative, James Butler. James was well versed and explained each and every switch and button on the Sienna. He demonstated how to fold the seats into the floor and how open and close the sliding doors, manually and electrically. James told us about the location of the spare tire and showed us where the tools were to deploy the spare tire. I sure hope we will never need to use the spare tire! Ron Woods completed the zero percent financing portion of the transaction. All of the people we met at Beltway Toyota were very customer oriented. The service technicians that we spoke with were very nice as well. The evening that we bought the Sienna was rainy and damp so the Sienna was pulled into the service area so we did not have to out into the rain when we drove away from the dealership. All of the folks that we worked with were very personable and willing to answer or get answers to every question that we had concerning the new vehicle. Both of us had a really good feeling that we were buying a vehicle from a reputable dealer. Yes, we would recommend buying a vehicle from Beltway Toyota where Andy Moore and his staff made us feel like friends instead of just customers or worse like a number to meet the sales quota.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Ashley Jefferson

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
I had a great experience at this dealership. There is a young girl names Ashley that I worked with and she was so nice to us. My family and I came in very late, just before the place was about to close, and she didn't mind staying late to help us out. I think we got the best deal from there. And I really like how she had snacks for us and movies for us to watch. That was a nice touch. Needless to say, I would recommend Beltway Toyota to others. At least, I would recommend Ashley because I didn't see anybody else get snacks from their sales people. But everybody was nice.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Carlos Echevarria, Al Adera

My Review of Beltway Toyota:
Worst experience buying a car in my life. Shady transaction when it came to my trade in... and 2 months later they call me back to tell me I have to pay taxes on my trade in, when they assured me at sale that I would not. Definately avoid buying a vehicle, as their carelessness, unprofessionalism, and lack of attention to detail will ultimately lead you to trouble.

MILITARY BEWARE, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH TROOPS COMING FROM OVERSEAS... DON'T GET SUCKERED LIKE I DID!
