My Review of Benchmark Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
just purchased vehicle with them. was happy with purchase until salesman released my credit information to the person that reffered me to them in the first place and it turned around to affect my work environment. i will never reccomend this dealership again... in fact... the assistant general manager did nothing about the situation other than question the sales employee.

My Review of Benchmark Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
Tried to charge for a software performance upgrade. Another dealer advised that we should not have been charged for it as that should have been a recall situation.<br>Charged $10 to dispose of half tank of fuel, put $5 in to test, left the tank on empty with fuel light on, advised wife who was with two kids that she could make it to the nearest Chevron, 13 miles. Wife had to insist that Jonathon give her his card to call him in case she ran out of fule on the highway.<br>Believe software support should have been free since we have always trusted dealer with this vehicle. Believe that we should have had at least 1/4 tank of gas to insure car would make it to station. Overall experience is 1 due to amount of distrust with dealer service department. Will recommend another Jeep dealer not related to Benchmark Chain unless an attempt is made to rectify experience.
